My Rental Homes - Villa Lux with pool, Jacuzzi bathtub, sea view

Villa Lux is a luxury property situated on the beach of Kaki Lagada, on a plot of over 4.000 m2. I was completed in June 2016 and it has a large garden, private parking, and it enjoys a fantastic view of the beach below and from Epirus to Corfu.

The villa is located in a central position on the island of Paxos, it is just 70 meters from the beach of Kaki Lagada, halfway between the port of Gaios that can be reached in just 5 minutes, the pretty village of Loggos, which is 10 minutes away and Lakka that can be reached in 15 minutes.

At the port of Gaios there are daily arrivals from Corfu by hydrofoil and fast motorboats and Corfu airport is only 5 minutes by taxi from the port.

Villa Lux is built entirely of local stone with high quality Italian luxury finishes.

The property consists of six bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, fully furnished with original ethnic furniture handmade in solid wood.

All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and the bedrooms, in addition to the air conditioning have a large central fan and free WI-FI.

In the basement there is a well-equipped fitness room and spa wellness area with infrared sauna, two showers and relaxation beds all in chromo therapy.

Attached to the gym is the massage area with a special bed behind the partitions.

Also, in the basement there is a service bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and private bathroom and a laundry/wardrobe room with washing machine and ironing room.

On the ground floor we find the living area with a fully equipped kitchen with central island, hob and 90 cm oven, located in a large room of over 70 square meters with two dining tables that can accommodate 14 people, sofas, fireplace, TV etc. The living area is located on the same level as the swimming pool and Jacuzzi with large windows that allow to enjoy the wonderful view.

From the dining area and sitting room, you will reach the large double bedroom in the tower with a view of the pool and jacuzzi and with a king size bed and a cot for a small child and also with a complete en-suite bathroom.

From the opposite side, through an internal staircase, you reach the first floor where there are two double bedrooms both with private bathrooms and a large balcony overlooking the pool and the sea.

The tower is accessed from the living area and going up the staircase there is another double bedroom overlooking the sea and the pool and with a private balcony.

The internal staircase leads to the terrace at the top of the tower, equipped with 2 sunbeds, a table and chairs, from which you can enjoy an amazing view.

From the living area you can access the large equipped pergola, 50 m2, and to the open space with solarium, swimming pool, outdoor shower, Jacuzzi, large bamboo bed with canopy. Outside, On the left side, there is also a work surface with barbecue, refrigerator and sink.

Going down just five steps alongside the outdoor relaxation area, you enter the sixth bedroom, which can accommodate up to 4 people in two double beds (a double bed and a sofa that can be converted into a double bed). Here guests can enjoy exclusive privacy, private facilities and a pergola equipped with kitchenette and offering a stunning view.

Rental Rules
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. Non-refundable settlement is 60 days prior to arrival.
Maximum occupancy is 14 people (2 children in the sofa-bed).
Minimum stay: 7 nights (changeover day Monday); 5 nights in low season (changeover day flexible).
Check-in time: 15:00 - Checkout time: 10:00.
A security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
Included in the price: daily cleaning service (up 4 hours /day, 6 days a week) and a mid-week linen change.
