Our three-level home seamlessly blends historic charm and modern comfort. On the first floor, find two inviting bedrooms, one king-size and the other a cozy double. Ascend to the second floor for two charming single bedrooms and a convenient first-floor bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. The top floor boasts an ensuite bathroom also equipped with a bathtub and overhead shower.

The ground floor is a social hub with a cozy living room equipped with a SMART TV and Amazon Alexa. Large windows in the living room flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen, featuring everything from saucepans to wine glasses, cutlery to chopping knives, ensures a delightful cooking experience. Enjoy the convenience of a gas stove with 5 hobs, a fan/grill oven, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, and toaster. Essential cooking amenities like oil, salt, and pepper are provided. Leisurely walks to Port Meadow (along the tranquil Thames River) or through the scenic canal footpath to vibrant Jericho are just on our door step.

While parking isn't available on-site, we provide recommendations for nearby options, ensuring convenience for those on the go.

Other Things to Note:
The house sits behind the rail tracks of the train station, so trains can be heard as a low rumble as they go passed. Whilst this doesn’t bother us or most guests, we understand that everyone is different. We can provided earplugs if requested. The top two rooms are the quietest - you can barely hear the trains there.
