This cozy family apartment, just 300 meters from the beach, is located in a peaceful area of Santa Pola. Just a 4-minute walk from Levante Beach, this home offers three bedrooms equipped with air conditioning and a fan: one with a 150x90 bed and access to the terrace, another with a 150x90 bed and a single folding bed, and the last one with a 150x90 bed and a divan. It has two full bathrooms with showers, a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen with access to an interior patio where the washing machine is located, a small laundry area, and space to hang clothes.
The building, with only six total units, offers a quiet and family-friendly atmosphere, with only two neighbors on the same floor, who are very respectful. Additionally, right in front of the building, there is a playground and public basketball courts, while the beach is easily accessible by walking down the street adjacent to the building.
