Ligger på östra sidan av A1A, mindre än 1 mil till stranden eller The Lodge. Enheten har nyligen renoverats och möblerats. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och ett komplett badrum med en stand-up dusch. Rummet har en futon som konverteras till en dubbelsäng. Det andra badrummet har en badkar / duschkombination. PV Beach

Great location and nice size of the condo. All the neighbors were really nice but one. The condo was clean except under the beds and couch. The smoke detectors went off in the middle of the night and needed batteries of which i replaced for them.

Overall great.

Communication with Jessica was excellent. The condo is very convenient for grocery stores, great restaurants, and a short drive to Mickler Beach, which we loved. Also nice to have a garage and outdoor parking spot. Only drawback for us was no pool or outdoor area for sitting and grilling. It was great to have our dog with us as well.

This beautifully remodeled condo is a short walk to the beach in PVB.

This unit is in the heart of Ponte Vedra just a short walk to the beach. This unit is beautifully remodeled, very clean, quiet and private.

Nice and friendly

We stayed three weeks while our floors were being redone, and found it to be clean, easily accessed and quiet. We walked to the beach and back several times. There isn’t an easy way to walk to the beach with your chairs and cooler, but it is a short drive to Mickler’s beach. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is a garage for one car and open space for another. The master bed is firm. Overall a great little place for the price!

Exceptional!

We needed a place to call home for a few weeks while my mom had a lengthy stay at Mayo (and also a place for her to recover before returning home to GA). It was the perfect location (close to the hospital, nice grocery stores & restaurants nearby & a short walk from the beach), very clean, comfortable & quiet! Jessica was very accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed & was the absolute BEST & sweetest to work with! I'll would MOST definitely rent from her again!

Winter Getaway

Had a great vacation staying here. Short walk to the beach which we went to everyday and close to restaurants and any kind of shopping you want to do. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent experience - perfect location

We stayed at this property during The Players Championship. It is a perfect location for access to TPC Sawgrass, the beach, shopping and dining. Several really good dining options within a mile - and an easy walk or bike ride. We were particularly impressed with the fully equipped (beyond any we have seen at other properties) kitchen. Great for a longer stay and for people that like to cook. Easy parking and access. Wonderful king size bed. Large flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom. A smaller TV in the kitchen which was nice while cooking. The owner/Jessica was attentive and helpful in our planning of our trip in advance and available to us during our stay as well. We would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful condo, close to everything you need!

We loved the layout, furnishings, decorations and location of Jessica’s condo! She was a gracious hostess who was responsive to our needs during a month long stay. The location is extremely convenient and strategically central. It’s just a short walk to the beach and a couple walkable commercial places. Within a couple miles is everything you may need- shopping and plenty of dining and golf options. St.Agustine and Jacksonville Beach are within a short drive. The condo’s space was perfect for the two of us. It was tastefully renovated and furnished with care and the kitchen was well equipped. We also enjoyed the fireplace on a couple chilly nights. We would definitely rent this condo again if we come back to Ponte Vedra in the future!

Chic Indeed! Matchless Find

My traveling companion and I were greatly impressed with the accommodations. It was clean, convenient and chic indeed. Beautifully laid out, the unit sports modern furnishings, has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and two Tv's. Even though there were others living in the neighbouring units, it felt as if we were relatively secluded because the area was very quiet. The location was optimal as we were in walking distance from a public access beach and short driving distance to the sights available in nearby Jacksonville and St. Augustine. The property owner was accommodating and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Perfect spot for either a short or lengthy stay for two friends, couple, or adult family members looking for a unique getaway. I couldn't be more pleased with the property and my stay in beautiful Ponte Vedra!

Fabulous stay!

This condo is fantastic. Definitely not your usual VBRO. Pictures do it no justice. In town for wedding at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, unit less than 2 miles from venue. Condo is super comfortable and felt like home. Upscale feel for a great price. Would definitely stay in this condo again! Owner Jessica is very nice and easy to communicate with. Owner provided Keruig coffee pods, bottled water, and candy. Nice touch.

This condo is in a prime location located on the East side of A1A off Corona Road at one of the only 3 main access points in PVB to the Ocean/Ponte Vedra Blvd. (Solano Rd, Corona Rd., MIcklers). This enables easy access to the ocean with just a short walk. The Colony is a very well-maintained and quiet neighborhood that is centrally located to all the surrounding country clubs, shopping at Sawgrass Village and TPC Sawgrass.
