Welcome to your perfect escape in beautiful Old Ponte Vedra Beach! This stylishly updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and tranquility for your monthly stay.
Located on the east side of A1A and just under a half mile from the beach and The Lodge, enjoy a peaceful lakeside setting that backs up to a lush green reserve.
Inside, this first-floor retreat features high ceilings and all of the modern amenities. The condo boasts a bright, modern interior. One of the spacious bedrooms features two twin beds, a queen sized sleeper sofa, and a 42â television, as well as a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a cozy queen bed, ample closet space, and easy access to the second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with premium cookware and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer tucked away in the pantry/utility room. The living and dining spaces feature plenty of seating and entertainment space, a 55â smart television with access to all streaming services, and plenty of games, puzzles, and toys for family fun if needed. Two beach bicycles and beach chairs are also available for use.
