Nestled on a private land scattered with olive trees and spacious gardens, Oinolithos Luxury Villas is a complex that features 3 stone built villas, each one with its own private swimming pool. Located just 1 Km away from the closest beach in a vibrant area between Agia Marina (2,5Km) and Chania (6,5Km) Oinolithos Villas pose a great choice for those who wish to be close to the beach and daily amenities and also in a convenient location to explore the island.
Layout
Villa Chrysalis covers 110 m2 and spreads in 3 levels, comfortably accommodating 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms and up to 7 if needed. The property exudes sophistication with its minimalistic design and contemporary furnishings, creating a sleek and modern ambiance throughout.
Ground Floor
The ground floor of Villa Chrysalis seamlessly blends the living room and kitchen into a spacious open plan area, creating a welcoming and convivial atmosphere. The seating lounge, adorned with two comfortable sofas, a chic coffee table, and a 65 smart TV, also features entertainment options like a PlayStation 5 and a Bluetooth speaker. A set of glass doors opens directly to the inviting pool, allowing a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. The indoor dining area, designed for six, provides an elegant setting for meals, while the fully equipped kitchen boasts a convenient island counter with four stools. Additionally, a well-appointed WC and a storage room housing a washing machine can be found on the ground floor.
First Floor
On the first floor, guests can find two bedrooms.
The first bedroom features a King-size bed (1.80x2.00) that can be formed upon request as two single beds (0.90x2.00) and it includes a 32-inch TV, open closet, and en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. The room also opens up to a private balcony with a seating area, offering a scenic sea view overlooking the pool.
The second bedroom boasts a King-size bed (1.80x2.00) with a top mattress, a 32-inch TV, and a wardrobe. It also comes with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower cabin and a private balcony with a seating area, providing a splendid sea view that extends over the pool.
Attic
Following the stairs to the attic, guests can find the third bedroom, offering a King size bed (1,8x2,00), 32 TV, open closet and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. The attic opens up to a spacious veranda equipped with a seating area, also enjoying the beautiful sea vistas and the surrounding area.
All bedrooms and areas are equipped with built-in air conditioning systems, controlled via wall-mounted panels. The attic bedroom has its own independent A/C unit, operated by a remote control.
Finally, bathroom amenities, slippers, bathroom towels, pool towels and bed linen are provided for all guests.
Outdoor area
The exterior of Villa Chrysalis covers 100 m2 and offers many facilities including:
- A private, 36 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,50 m deep with step access. The pool area is equipped with sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower and umbrellas.
- A gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining area for 8 under a shaded pergola offer ample chance for al fresco dining.
- ?utdoor sitting area with a sofa and armchairs next to the pool.
- Spacious gardens, perfect for kids to play.
- Parking space for 3 cars inside the villa premises
- The complex is fenced and has a private entrance offering security to our guests.
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
