Nestled into the hills of Moneglia but close to the centre - 7 minutes drive from the sea - this holiday home offers the perfect hideaway for families and couples. The windows look out to the sea and a seemingly endless expanse of hills and olive trees. After the brilliant brightness of the day, the sunset fills the room with a unique orange light at the golden hour.
Recently renovated, the house is equipped with the main comforts, appliances and Wifi. This house is the perfect place to relax and take in the aroma of lemons, oranges and cherries. On-site parking is private and free.
The town of Moneglia is a pearl awarded every year with the "blue Flag" - for the quality of beaches and waters - and the "Orange Flag", as one of the most beautiful towns in Italy, in one of the most enchanting areas of Liguria, halfway between Portofino and the Cinque Terre.
Plus, while you're here, why don't you taste a bit of local extravergin olive oil, pesto and some other typical ligurian treats? You might find them already on the table.
The outdoor / garden area boasts a unique panoramic view of the Gulf of Moneglia and is equipped with a large table for 6 people, chairs, 2 sunbeds, a small hammock and a sun umbrella.
The house is equipped with:
- a new kitchen complete with appliances (hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle; expresso and american coffee machine;
- 2 private bathrooms both equipped with hairdryer, courtesy set and shower cabin.
In the common areas you will also have WIFI, welcome set, double flat-screen satellite TV, double sofa, iron and ironing board, kettle. A child cot bed is available on request.
On-site parking is private and free.
