This Lake Maggiore apartment with lake views is on the 2nd floor of the building. Refurbished for the 2024 season, it is well equipped inside whilst outside, guests enjoy use of a large swimming pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by stylish teak decking and luxury loungers. There is a restaurant on site as well as a bar and cafe. This Lake Maggiore apartment with lake views is also within walking distance of a number of other restaurants as well as a supermarket and shops.
The Space:
This Lake Maggiore apartment with lake views has 2 double bedrooms, one of which enjoys incredible views over the lake. There are also 2 bathrooms as well as an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The latter has a table seating four however there is also an additional table on the private terrace outside. This enjoys uninterrupted lake views. It also enjoys views over the communal swimming pool and jacuzzi.
The accent colour is orange and this is seen in several of the rooms of this Lake Maggiore apartment with lake views. Some lovely shades of blue, grey and green have been used as a wonderful contrast.
Please note that there is an energy fee payable locally on arrival in cash. This is 10 euros per night.

There is also a volleyball court nearby and it is possible to hire water sports equipment nearby too. There is also a beach just a few yards from the property, where guests can hire water sports equipment.
Getting Around:
A car is not necessary when staying at this Lake Maggiore apartment with lake views since you can walk to the boat stop. You can use the boat to access all the other towns and villages on the lake. It is also possible to get to the village by train.
