- The building was fully renovated a few years ago. The communal areas are very classy with oak stairs, high ceilings and signature feature chandeliers. The communal areas also comprise a beautiful manicured garden as well as a lovely swimming with views over the town.

- The apartment was recently renovated, with special attention to the smallest details and keeping the historic soul. The entrance leads to a very generous dining/living area with large windows offering a panoramic view over Meia Praia Beach and the town. There is an antique fireplace( as a decorative piece, for safety reasons we don't use it anymore), Santa Catarina floor, wooden ceiling and glass roof pergola.
