This is a new fully equipped apartment, perfect for you and your family to enjoy a stress-free holiday in the sun. For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
The Space:
The living area has an open-plan design that connects the white and black kitchen, and lounging area with smart TV (that has both English, Spanish channels) and opens up to the private balcony. Sliding glass doors allow natural sunlight into the space. The Living space is furnished with a comfortable 3-person sofa with a coffee table and a 4-person dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and appliances including microwave, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, airfryer etc.
The master bedroom possesses an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. The bedroom has double bed bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, a shared bedside cabinet and a built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms are spacious and well-lit with natural light. The family bathroom also has a walk-in shower and underfloor heating.
There is a rattan table and four chairs on the balcony that overlooks the communal area.
There is vented hot & cold air conditioning and WIFI available throughout.
The communal facilities include the swimming pool with grass surroundings and a pétanque court.

There are 3 golf courses within a 15-minute drive (Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor) and more within a 15-20-minute drive making it a golfer’s paradise. There are many blue-flagged beaches in the surrounding area too with the nearest being a 10-minute drive away.
Take a short 5-minute drive to Alicante’s largest shopping centre (La Zenia Boulevard) and experience a world-class retail therapy.
