Overall, we are satisfied the villa itself is fitted all the equipment what you need it was clean. The property management agency is far the best. Check in and out was smoothly. Communication are great. I recommend to this agency and its property to all who want a great vacation.Peter

Excellent villa, well located for enjoyable breaks

This was a fantastic, modern, extremely well equipped property, which is well located to nearby beaches, shopping centres, bars and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would return without hesitation.

Wonderful Villa

Very modern and stunning villa. Pool is great, lots of sunbathing areas around the villa. Communication with property manager could have been better although owner was quick to assist when I needed this and it didn’t detract from a lovely holiday.

AMAZING !

Pictures do not do this villa justice fab area very english very good location we drove to Alicante and Benidorm with ease great shops and restaurants close by had a problem with the boiler the owner and letting company dealt with it instantly could not fault this villa they had everything you need perfectly clean modern and didn't need or want anything else

Wow,What a wonderful home.

From the moment we pulled up outside, were greeted by Bruno and shown into the villa. The villa was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped, lovely pool and outdoor furniture. You lost the sun around 4pm at the front of the property, this was ideal to relax reading my book. The roof top had full sun and was private.

Great Villa

We enjoyed staying at the Villa and would book again. It gets sun on the front from dawn to 4.00pm. the roof has sun all day. Accurate description. A car though is essential.

Amazing 16 nights

Had a great stay here, the villa was great for our group of 4 adults and 3 children and we all felt very comfortable and had enough space. The pool was a good size an accommodated all 7 of us in there at the same time. Plenty of chairs / loungers outside and on the roof terrace. Kitchen well equipped with everything you would need. Thanks we had an amazing stay.

Best villa by miles

This was a lovely holiday the villa was fantastic clean and well maintained,the sun beds was on a chain with a lock on them so we could only use four that was out apart from that great but you need a car abit out of the way.

Great location

The property was lovely as expected. Having the heated pool was great for the kids, they were in the pool from morning til night. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were plenty of towels and bedlinen provided. Having a washing machine made a holiday with kids easy and meant we could pack light. Al in all we had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Really nice stay

As suggested by the owner we did hire a car wich was great cos the property is only a 10-15 minute drive from so many great resteraunts, shops and even the local market. The property itself was lovely and we didn’t have a single problem while there. The check out process did confuse us a little as we thought we would’ve meet someone not just leaving the keys in the box but this wasn’t a problem just maybe could have been communicated as I did have to message them to ask what was happening

Great Villa

We had a brilliant time. Communication with Sarah was always very quick and helpful - she was great to deal with. The Villa is lovely with all the amenities that you need. The sun is at the pool all day until about 5pm but having the roof terrace meant that you had the sun all day. The plaza at Villamartin is approx 30min walk or a short taxi ride. A car is preferable to allow access to surrounding areas. We would definitely go back and stay in this villa.

August 2022 stay

We were greeted as promised, all ran very smoothly. The property Is a described and was very clean. Very well equipped with everything you would need from toasters to coffee machines, unfortunately the iron wasn’t working but no big deal so we did let the owner know for future reference.All in all a great holiday.

Nice villa shame about the building site across the road

Nice villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Couldn’t use the pool much due to various problems but the pool engineer was trying his best to fix the problems. There was a building site across the road which I was unaware of when I booked that was very noisy at times.

Lovely villa

Great Villa/home with lots of kitchen utensils that are very homely and useful. Struggled with the tv in bedroom. Unable to use it at all- would have been the icing on the cake. We wanted a quiet, isolated, fullly equipped villa to use as a base to work from but entry the sun. Loved it and would def go back, if the tv was sorted! Not a resort type requirement, but this is in a residential/owner area so quite important I feel. Def need a car but everything within a 10 min drive.

Happy Holiday

The villa spacious, lovely and modern with very good facilities, we all had our own bathroom. The pool was an added bonus. We were disappointed there was no one to meet us and we had to collect the keys from a box away from the villa. It did not stop us enjoying our stay. Also it would be good to update the linen, the tea towels had lots of stains on them even after washing and some of the bath towels were old - bed linen was clean but could do with a freshen up.

Lovely Property, fantastic host

The villa was truly lovely. The photos don't do it justice! It was bright, clean and very well eqiuipped (especially when we found the proper wine glasses above the fridge!). The super kingsize bed was exceptionally comfortable and loads of storage space in the bedrooms. We chose not to hire a car and walked to Villamartin Plaza generally getting an e-scooter back to the villa. We used a taxi to go further afield to San Miguel, La Fuente and Playa Flamenca. If you want to explore the area I would suggest hiring a car (as the villa owner does too). There are lots of events in the local area for adults (such as live acts, quizzes, karaoke, tribute acts, and themed nights). We didn't have young children with us so can't comment from that aspect. The villa owner was really responsive and very patient with my questions. Handover was smooth and easy. Definitely recommend!

Excellent villa in a quiet location

Well equipped modern villa exactly as shown in pictures, lovely and clean inside. Bit of building work going on which caused a lot of dust outside but there was a hose etc so easy cleaned up. You definitely need a car as amenities are a 20-30 min walk and golf courses are further away. All restaurants were good had excellent meals in The Plaza. Booking is still preferred so keep in mind if there is a particular restaurant you want to try. Only negative was no pool key to operate the pool cover so contacted sunny homes who came and opened the pool cover but did not leave the key so no way of closing over at night! The villa has amazing electric shutters which should be used when u are off out for the day as there was an owners shed round the back of the building which was broken into whilst we were there.
