The villa is brilliant -very modern and ideal for a family to stay in. Air conditioning in all rooms and very effective. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is downstairs which was great for one of our party who has some mobility issues. The bedroom are all very generous in size and all of the furniture in modern and in good condition. The kitchen is well equipped. The roof terrace is a great bonus - the area around the pool loses the sun late afternoon but the roof has the sun into the evening. The pool is great. It's not big but is quite deep so you are able to swim from end to end without the shallow-end being a problem. The location is good - it's about a 15 minute walk to the local Aldi or 25 minutes to Villa Martin plaza where there is a good little shop and lots of choice for food. The only issue we had was a very noisy neighbour to the rear of the property. Most afternoons we were subjected to very loud music. Then in the evening the music (not quite as loud as it was in the afternoon but still loud enough to hear throughout the house with the windows closed and shutters down) and loud talking carried on until 3-4am in the morning. This was such as shame as it has made us consider whether we would stay again and is not really something the owner can control (hence me giving the villa a high rating). We had an issue with the pool not being cleaned but that was resolved quickly when we requested it.

2nd time at this villa

The owners of the property are great with communication, this is our 2nd stay at their villa and hopefully there will be a 3rd next year. Villa is lovely and set out really well for our family with a nice pool. The check in process isn’t that great as they didn’t know how to get the tv upstairs working and also there is a charge quite rightly if you use more than fair amount of electricity but she didn’t know where the meter was to take a photo to start our stay. But that aside we had a great stay and will be back.

Geweldig verblijf

Het huis was precies zoals omschreven, van alle gemakken voorzien.Prima zwembad, rustige ligging.Het huis heeft overal rolluiken waardoor het ook zonder de airco aan te zetten koel blijft.Wel een auto nodig om dingen te gaan doen, voor ons was dat geen probleem. De omgeving goed verkent, prachtige plaatsen dichtbij om te bezoeken. Communicatie met de zowel de eigenaar van het huis als de tussenpersoon helemaal top. Ik zou hier absoluut nog een keer heen gaan.Veel restaurantjes en barretjes in de omgeving.

Overall, we are satisfied the villa itself is fitted all the equipment what you need it was clean. The property management agency is far the best. Check in and out was smoothly. Communication are great. I recommend to this agency and its property to all who want a great vacation.Peter

Holiday

The villa was lovely, there was a couple of issues but I contacted the owner and she sorted one out quickly and said the person that oversees the villa would get in touch to get the other sorted this never happened. The owner was very helpful the guy that checked us in was there for 2 minutes I think it would have been helpful if he had showed us how things worked. The cleaning wasn’t great and no complete mop so couldn’t mop ourselves. But all in all a Lovely villa we would stay again

Very Disappointing

We stayed July 24 for two weeks, the villa was not a true representation of the online description and pictures. The villa was filthy, the pool was cloudy and greasy, the whole place needs a full refurb and deep clean! Soraya was unhelpful, luckily the owner Sarah was great, she refunded the cleaning fee as mysister and I had to scrub everywhere, something we should not have had to do on our holiday. Would NOT recommend unless full refurb! - stains on mattress - grubby bathrooms - handles hanging off - pillows were the size of cushions - stains on sofa - stains on dining room chairs - glass dining table was disgusting -lights above diningtable has never been cleaned - bed side cabinets full of dust, i could write my name on them!!! - bbqwas full of food and ash and was unusable - outdoor area was filthy and there wasnt a hose long enough to clean - tv unit hanging off wall ( very unsafe) - flooring through out was filthy - tv in master didnt work which wasmentioned in a previous review and has still not been fixed, just shows how poor the management co is! As you can imagine we were very disappointed, however we didnt let it ruin our holiday but having to clean the whole villa was not what we expected to do on our holiday which is a shame because the villa could be lovely.

Wow,What a wonderful home.

From the moment we pulled up outside, were greeted by Bruno and shown into the villa. The villa was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped, lovely pool and outdoor furniture. You lost the sun around 4pm at the front of the property, this was ideal to relax reading my book. The roof top had full sun and was private.

Pictures do not do this villa justice fab area very english very good location we drove to Alicante and Benidorm with ease great shops and restaurants close by had a problem with the boiler the owner and letting company dealt with it instantly could not fault this villa they had everything you need perfectly clean modern and didn't need or want anything else

Ein schönes Haus in angenehmer Lage

Im grossen und Ganzen entsprach das Objekt voll unseren Erwartungen . Das Haus ist allgemein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten, sowie die Bettwäsche waren sehr ordentlich und einladend. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr umfangreich . Es fehlt an nichts , was wir sehr positiv fanden . ( Ausnahme Staubsauger- etwas abgenutzt)Leider nahmen wohl unsere Vormieter weniger Rücksicht auf das Objekt, wodurch einige wenn auch kleine Mängel vor Ort bestehen . Auch wurde wohl auch die Nachbereitung vor uns nicht so genau überprüft. Töpfe sowie Pfannen , Besteck mussten vor Gebrauch, oft durch uns sauber gemacht werden. Ein grösseres Problem war der defekte Wasserboiler, der leider immer wieder neu gestartet werden musste, um warm duschen zu können. Die Aussendusche am Pool war defekt. Die angepriesene Betreuung vor Ort 24/7 durch die Verwaltung, war leider nicht gegeben. Der Pool war trotz vorangegangener Anfrage nicht vorgeheizt. Der Poolmann Robbie kam aber umgehend auf Anfrage und hat uns profesionell betreut. Dies war ebenfalls sehr positiv. Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen und hoffen das unsere konstruktive Kritik Anklang bei allen Beteiligten findet.

Lovely villa

Great Villa/home with lots of kitchen utensils that are very homely and useful. Struggled with the tv in bedroom. Unable to use it at all- would have been the icing on the cake. We wanted a quiet, isolated, fullly equipped villa to use as a base to work from but entry the sun. Loved it and would def go back, if the tv was sorted! Not a resort type requirement, but this is in a residential/owner area so quite important I feel. Def need a car but everything within a 10 min drive.

Wonderful Villa

Very modern and stunning villa. Pool is great, lots of sunbathing areas around the villa. Communication with property manager could have been better although owner was quick to assist when I needed this and it didn’t detract from a lovely holiday.

Great Villa

We enjoyed staying at the Villa and would book again. It gets sun on the front from dawn to 4.00pm. the roof has sun all day. Accurate description. A car though is essential.

This was a fantastic, modern, extremely well equipped property, which is well located to nearby beaches, shopping centres, bars and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would return without hesitation.

Really nice stay

As suggested by the owner we did hire a car wich was great cos the property is only a 10-15 minute drive from so many great resteraunts, shops and even the local market. The property itself was lovely and we didn’t have a single problem while there. The check out process did confuse us a little as we thought we would’ve meet someone not just leaving the keys in the box but this wasn’t a problem just maybe could have been communicated as I did have to message them to ask what was happening
