This beautiful family villa is located on the edge of Solterra Resort. It has a south facing extended pool complete with waterfalls, covered lanai and far reaching views across farm pastures with an abundance of wildlife to enjoy (early morning sunrises are magical!)
This home sleeps 15 comfortably and has a spacious 3600 sq foot of accommodation. Only a short drive from the I4 Hwy linking the community to the Parks, within 20 minutes you can be at Disney and a little further to Universal. Golfing is very close by and there lots of shops and restaurants within 3-7 minute drive.
Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.
Our private pool area features a large patio area with comfy seating for relaxation, a patio table and chairs for alfresco dining seats 8. There is a separate comfortable seating area for 6 with a low table. The large Pool and Spa with waterfall features, for you to relax and enjoy after a hard day at the local attractions. There is a pool bath for added convenience
As you enter the home, the space opens into the open plan living area, with L shaped seating with reclining leather seats and a large 65” flat screen Smart TV. The beautiful dining table seats 10 with additional seating for 4 at the granite kitchen island. The open plan kitchen has large walk in pantry, stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped with everything you need to heat or prepare food. There are also 2 coffee machines, a filter and Keurig.
Downstairs there are two en suite bedrooms, one with Queen bed and the second with a King bed with separate access to the pool area. There is a separate WC and Utility room with washer and dryer to use at your convenience. The garage has been turned into a games room and includes a pool table and table tennis table.
Sliding double patio doors in the great room open onto a large extended Lanai and pool deck with travertine pavers. The covered area has an outdoor dining table that seats 8 and a separate comfortable seating area with low table. This area has 2 huge ceiling fans. The pool has been extended and upgraded and has 2 raised waterfalls with mosaic tiles that extend onto the smaller spa pool with seating. The whole pool area is enclosed with a child safety fence with a self closing gate.
Upstairs is the 2nd Master bedroom with King bed, walk in closet and ensuite shower room.
Two rooms share a Jack and Jill en suite shower room through an adjoining door. The first is a large bedroom with 2 canopied Queen beds and has a beautiful magical fairy theme with hand painted murals, delicate drapes and a light changing ceiling fan. The next is further King room with views to the front of the home.
There is a hand painted Graffiti room containing a double and a single/twin bed with a caged ceiling fan- and -
Finally there is a Mickey Mouse themed room with twin bunk bed and covered safety ceiling fan. This room has been designed with our smaller guests in mind and comes complete with a small wooden kitchen and tiny wooden table and chairs.
These last two rooms share a bathroom comprising of shower, bath tub, sink and WC.
The upstairs loft room has reclining leather seats and a ceiling mounted projector with surround sound and an impressive 10 foot cinema screen. After a long day at the parks it is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a full cinema experience!
* All bedrooms are equipped with wall mounted Smart TVs and ceiling fans.
* All shower/ bathrooms have towels, bath mats and hairdryers
Your rental also includes use of the fabulous Solterra community facilities - see below - The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry heated pool, with slide, there are cabanas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting area for when the sun gets too warm. There is an outdoor kitchen and inside the club house you will find a TV, more luxury seating and refreshment area -a Tiki Bar and Lazy River! There is also a Gym if you have any energy left and also tennis court, volley ball, children's play area and soccer field. All this within a few minutes walk of our home. Each booking will require payment of community access fee to use the club house area, one fee per stay $38-45 depending on party size - This will be refunded to you on receipt of payment receipt.
The Parks are very easy to reach - our home is only a few minutes off the I4 and from there its about 15 minutes to Disney, 25 to SeaWorld and about 30 to Universal depending on traffic. There is also a quiet way avoiding the I4 to and from the 192 - and the quick back way to Disney - up Lake Wilson Road. There are two supermarkets within 5 minute drive, as well as Restaurants and Pizza places, at Reunion crossroads and Champions Gate - New Restaurants at Champions Gate are a great addition to the area. Posner Park - 7 minutes away has a JC Penny, Home Goods,, Bed Bath and Body - and lots more!
PARKING
This home has parking for 2 cars on the driveway, a further 3 cars are allowed on community and must be parked in marked bays on the roadway, all cars must display car passes.
The home is cared for by our wonderful property managers. They are there to assist you during your stay should any issues arise - they can provide additional services, such as mid stay cleaning for longer stays, welcome packs or celebration packs by prior arrangement.
