Located in a quiet area just 300 m on foot from the beaches of Les Tonyines and Cau del Llop, and 700 m from the town and the shops and restaurants. Large patio/garden with spacious terrace and privacy.
The apartment has an open-plan design with a small kitchen with all the utensils and appliances necessary for your stay (fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, tableware, dishwasher) and a lounge-dining room with a sofa, dining table and chairs and TV area. From here you have direct access to the patio outside.
2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. 1 full bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. Laundry cupboard with washing machine outside the apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Large outdoor stone patio, with bushes and flowers. Tiled porch area with outdoor furniture - table, chairs, sun loungers and sunshade.
Parking in the street. Pets are welcome but the garden doesnât have a fence, only bushes surrounding it.

The apartment is located close to Cau del Llop beach (300 m on foot), and 700 m from the Port de Llançà area.
Because of its situation, this beach is usually only visited by people from the nearby residential areas. Family atmosphere. Behind the beach is the GI-612 road which goes to El Port de la Selva. The coastal path also passes through here, along a section which isnât very busy and takes you to dozens of small quiet coves and beaches, most of which are not sandy.
