The âMurtaâ apartment has a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (equipped for disabled people) and a kitchenette. The accommodation is provided with sheets and towels. The kitchenette is equipped with all the equipment and kitchen utensils necessary for a carefree stay.
Outside, the veranda is equipped with a table, chairs, deckchairs and awnings to shelter you during the hottest hours of the day. There is also a barbecue, private parking and a washing machine room at the back. All around there is a three-hectare garden.
The âMurtaâ apartment shares the veranda and the washing machine room with the âChessaâ apartment. In the veranda, to preserve privacy, there is a divider. On the contrary, parking and barbecue are not shared but are for private and exclusive use.
Free Wi-Fi is available, while there is no TV. The nearest beach is only 8 minutes away by car and is the "Spiaggia di Poglina".
Staying there, you will have the opportunity to stay in a quiet and relaxing environment with a wonderful sea view, immersed in nature in a coastal natural park.
