About the apartment:
The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table, and chairs. There is a good Wi-Fi connection so you can stay connected during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, small refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. Dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and pans are also provided. There is a washing machine and a drying rack is provided. A vacuum cleaner, broom, iron, and ironing board are also available.

The bedroom overlooks the inner courtyard and is furnished with a queen-size bed and a high-quality mattress. All necessary bedding and linens are provided and professionally washed. The apartment has a bathroom accessible from the hallway with a shower and sink. The toilet is located in a separate WC. Toilet paper rolls, shampoos, shower gels, and hand soap will be provided to start your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 4 people. A hair dryer is also provided.
The apartment is heated during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but we are happy to provide fans for your stay if hot temperatures are forecast. You will have access to a personal guide with suggestions on where to eat and shop in the area.

About the Montorgueil district:
The charming Montorgueil district is the perfect place for those who want to immerse themselves in the city's atmosphere. The famous Montorgueil street and its market are just steps from your front door and offer a wide selection of restaurants, bakeries, cafes, butchers, cheesemongers, fruit stalls, and more! The Centre Pompidou and the Louvre Museum are within walking distance of the apartment. The beautiful Royal Palace and its secret gardens are also nearby. Thanks to its proximity to the metro, access to other areas of Paris is very easy. Just hop on the train to reach the Opera, the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacré Cœur, and more! The Halles station is also a 5-minute walk away, allowing you to quickly reach Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports from the center of Paris.

Important Information
- Cancellation policy: Please inquire for more information about cancellations.
- Check-in: Starts from 3:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:00 PM must be confirmed in advance as the booking offices are closed. Late check-in is subject to availability and must be scheduled at least 24 hours before arrival. The host reserves the right to refuse late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.
- Check-out: Must be done before 10:00 AM.
- Security deposit: A security deposit of 800 will be required before arrival.
- Smoking: The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
- Pets: are not allowed.
- Parties: The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests must not exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age: The main guest must be 35 years or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
-A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

If you are not doing a self-check-in (by picking up the keys at a store next door) and you arrive between 7:00 PM-9:59 PM, you must pay 50 EUR. Between 10:00 PM-12:59 AM, you must pay 90 EUR. After 1:00 AM, you must pay 120 EUR. This amount is to be paid in cash.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for inspection, maintenance, cleaning, and to show the unit to potential buyers or renters. The guest must allow management or its representative (including workers), with reasonable notice, to access the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs to be resolved quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, management may enter the property at any time without notice). Management has the additional right to perform visits of the property by new potential clients between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, local time.

Please note that for bookings valued at over €1000, customers may be asked to pay through another payment method, such as a credit link or bank transfer, for security and banking reasons.
