Perched in a prime position in Son Bou, Villa Caterina affords stunning views across the Mediterranean. Youâll be just a leisurely 5 minute downhill stroll to the beach and the heart of the resort, with its inviting array of eateries and shops. Housing 4 cozy bedrooms and a living area that opens up to a terrace with lovely views. Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms are included.
Villa Caterina couldn't be better placed; the beach, a selection of shops, and an array of restaurants are all within a short 5 minute downhill walking distance. For a change of scenery, the historic town of Alaior is just a brief 10 minute drive away. Here youâll find authentic tapas bars, coffee shops, and larger supermarkets nestled among traditional Spanish streets.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - âŹ2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
