Just 200 metres from the Francos Rodríguez metro station and with several bus lines at your disposal, this loft is the starting point to explore Madrid or move around the city comfortably. 5 minutes from Paseo de la Castellana and Plaza de Castilla.

The apartment:

Loft Located in the courtyard of the ground floor of a quiet building, this loft for four people is a haven of peace and silence. Access is through a courtyard with landscaped areas reminiscent of classic Italian courtyards.

The space consists of a large living-dining room with an open kitchen, fully equipped to meet daily needs. It has two bedrooms with double beds: the main one with an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom, comfortable and bright on a second floor or mezzanine with a second separate bathroom.

The living room opens onto a private garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors and dining at night with the scent of jasmine.

With WiFi and an aerothermal system for heating and air conditioning, comfort is guaranteed all year round.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 50 EUR to be paid in cash.

On the day of your check-in you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival in order to coordinate the delivery of the keys.
