“Casa Pratofiorito” is a lovely holiday home located within short distance from the tiny hilltop village of Montefegatesi (Bagni di Lucca). This holiday home represents an ideal and comfortable accommodation for families with children: it has completely enclosed grounds and a spacious garden where children can play freely and in safety while the adults relax by the beautiful, private in-ground pool (8m x 4,5m depth 1,50m). From the garden guests will also enjoy breathtaking views onto the mountains’ top and onto the valley.
The house has a spacious and well-cared garden with several toys for children among which a sly and a swing. On one side of the house there is an outdoor space equipped with a table, chairs, masonry barbeque, wood burning oven at the guests’ disposal. In the garden there is a further area for dining “al fresco” under a gazebo with table and chairs. The garden offers beautiful views onto the pool and the landscape. The owner runs a small grocery in the village of Montefegatesi and, upon request, she is available to deliver your shopping straight home to you.
The last 2,4 Km of the access road are partly gravelled. Particularly, the last part is narrow, slightly steep and gravelled, not convenient for sports cars (low positioned cars) or very large vans/cars.
Entrance on the ground floor in a large kitchen/dining room with fireplace, sofa, table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with stove/oven (4 burning plates), microwave, dish-washer, TV Sat, fridge with freezer compartment.
A stair leads to the 1st floor where there are: 1 bathroom with wc, shower and bidet, 1 bedroom with bunk-bed and baby-bed (0-3 years). Upon request it is possible to add 1 extra single bed. 1 double bedroom with gorgeous views onto the garden and onto the valley. 1 bedroom with French-sized bed (140 cm). On the back of the house there is a utility room with washing machine and fridge/freezer.

Die letzten 2,4 Km der Zufahrtsstrasse zum Haus sind z.T. nicht asphaltiert, speziell das letzte Wegstück ist schmal, leicht ansteigend und nicht asphaltiert, nicht unbedingt geeignet für tieferliegende Wagen und ganz breite Fahrzeuge.

Gli ultimi 2,4 Km della strada di accesso alla casa presentano tratti di sterrato. In particolar modo l’ultimo tratto di strada è stretto, leggermente in salita e sterrato
