A beautiful Istrian house, which will tell you a story.
If you want to experience Istria starting from the accommodation, the atmosphere of the Istrian village to the shade in the canopy of the old Ladonja, you are in the right place with the house Amelia.
Istrian stone house consisting of a living room and a kitchen on the ground floor, two bedrooms with their own bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. The house is fully air-conditioned and has WI-FI. It also has underfloor heating, so it can be used both in spring and autumn.
The 1300m2 yard offers you a 47m2 pool with hydro-massage bench, deckchairs and umbrellas. There is also a tavern with a fireplace for enjoying Istrian specialties. Fully equipped kitchen, with all appliances, and a dining and sitting area with SAT-TV and air conditioning. In front of it, on the covered terrace, there is also an outdoor dining area. Private parking with charging station for electric and hybrid cars is in front of the house.
