Casa de Almendras is a peaceful countryside villa with a private swimming pool and spectacular mountain views in Caimari.
5 Bedroom, 6 Bathroom villa with swimming pool, table tennis, mountain views, Air Conditioning in the 4 bedrooms upstairs, Wi-Fi and BBQ, sleeps a maximum of 10 people.
An idyllic rural villa where you can holiday in the peace and tranquillity of the Caimari countryside yet be within walking distance of the village where you will find amenities including some traditional restaurants, local bars, and shops.
Casa de Almendras has been lovingly renovated and provides a Mediterranean oasis where you can relax with friends and family in stylish, rustic-style surroundings.
Inside you will find light filled interiors with plenty of entertainment space, characterful wood beamed ceilings, combined with simple chic décor to create a welcoming atmosphere.
The main living room has comfortable sofas inviting you to relax together and double doors leading to the front terrace. Adjacent to this is a quaint room is the main entrance area with armchairs for seating, perfect for curling up with a book.
The ground floor also features an open plan kitchen-diner with ample seating, which is fully equipped to meet all your needs.
This villa is an excellent choice for large families, offering five elegantly presented bedrooms (one located on the ground floor), and six bathrooms (five en suite). The first floor also has a second living room and two terraces which benefit from spectacular mountain views.
Outside, you can appreciate beautifully landscaped gardens where children can run and play, fruit trees, a private swimming pool with sunbathing area complete with loungers and parasols, as well as a shady pergola with extra seating, and a barbecue so you can enjoy dining alfresco.
Other features include table tennis, a safe, a flat screen TV, ample parking, and equipment including a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher for your convenience.
Caimari is a small village located in the heart of the island at the foot of the of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains and considered to be one of Mallorca's prettiest country villages. Characterised by a unique combination of culture, natural beauty and history, making it the ideal location for those looking for a retreat away from the hustle and bustle! Charming winding narrow streets and of course a typical Mallorcan village square, this is a place to relax and soak up the authentic atmosphere! Every Monday morning, the local Farmers market takes place in the main square when you can find a wonderful selection of local produce including fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese, meats, nuts and much more! Caimari is also famous for the production of Olive Oil. Caimari is fantastic base to explore the Island and a heaven for Cyclists and Hiking! The closest sandy beach is a 30 minute drive. The vibrant centre of Palma is a 45 minute drive. Golf lovers will be spoilt for choice with over 20 golf courses across the island!

- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person. Payable on arrival.
- 500 EUR to be paid on arrival for electricity which will be deducted on consumption at Kw/H 0.60. Meter installed for air conditioners and heaters.
