Parking:
Free parking directly in front of the building for 4 hours free Mon - Sat 8am - 6pm and full day free on Sundays and bank holidays, giving ample time to park up and check in. Secure paid parking in a parking bay starting at £1 per hour & £4.50 for 24hours is a 100m walk from the apartment. Further details can be provided after booking.

Guest access
Only guests staying at the apartments have access past the front door and then each guest group only has access to their own apartment. There are 5 apartments in total and the communal space in between the apartments is free for everyone to enjoy.

We appreciate that plans can change last minute and you may have additional guests staying after the property is booked. If this is the case, please let us know as soon as you know so that we can prepare the property and apply the relevant charges. The cleaning team reports on the property after each guest and the entrance of the property is monitored by the camera facing the communal area.
Other things to note
Cleaning: We use local, experienced cleaning team that specialise in short term rental cleaning. There is a deep clean of each property after 10 stays and the team is regularly spot checked.

Linen & Beds: We use hotel grade linen and beds and towels. The beds come medium to firm and all linen and towels are replenished after each guest.

We provide basics of tea, coffee, sugars, oil and seasoning. Feel free free to bring your own milk and butter.

I’m from this area! I’m born and bred in Birmingham and the Jewellery Quarter is perfect for families, friends, individuals, couples or business travellers wanting to access Birmingham. The apartment is just off the main high street and it’s on a quiet residential street, walking distance to New Street Station, Bullring Shopping Centre as well as the nightlife and restaurants.

I’ve made the property unique by implementing warm colours and decor from around the world. You’ll notice the elements of Birmingham with some of my art work of the Bull, Peaky Blinders and some buildings in the local area. Your experience will consist of a safe and secure check in with a code to enter the building (which only guests of one of the 5 flats have access too) and a separate code to get into your apartment (which only you and your group has access too). The communal areas are monitored for everyones safety and your apartment has comfortable beds, fresh linen and towels, fully kitted out kitchen with cooking materials, TV, wifi and a comfortable sofa.
