This one-bedroom apartment, situated in the historical Bo Kaap
district, is the epitome of stylish and luxurious urban living.
Conveniently situated on the doorstep of the City Centre, this stunning
apartment is the perfect home for a couple on a romantic retreat, a
single explorer or a business traveller wanting to remain close to the
centre of the action.
The apartment boasts a cosy - yet modern - aesthetic with an easy flow
thanks to the spacious main living area complimented with bright
touches. The accommodation has an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen,
4-seater dining area and lounge with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV,
ideal for relaxing nights binge-watching your favourite series. A
highlight of this contemporary apartment is the large glass sliding
door leading to a furnished balcony with spectacular views - perfect
for relaxing with a glass of wine. The bedroom has a queen bed and
ample closet space, while the bathroom features a large shower.
The complex block is designed for collaborative community living and
has communal areas such as a lounge, entertainment deck, laundry room,
and swimming pool. It also offers secure bicycle and underground
parking allocated for all units.
Surrounded by many cultural visits to explore, such as the V&A

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at 40 Lion Street, City Centre, Cape Town, 8001.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
