This studio apartment is situated in a brand new, secure building located in Sea Point. The apartment has brand new fittings and furniture. Everything has been tastefully selected and decorated- perfect lock up and go for the couple looking for convenience as well as security and luxurious amenities. There is also a great Communal rooftop pool which guests may use during the course of their stay.

This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive a complimentary change over.
ID will be required ahead of check-in to ensure a smooth check-in process
