A wonderful, historic and quirky 16th Century cottage set over three floors at the centre of beautiful Cavendish. Come and stay in one of the most quintessentially picturesque villages in Suffolk.
Manor Cottage overlooks the lovely Green at the heart of the village. It has three bedrooms set on the top two floors, a kitchen dining area and sitting room with open fireplace. There is an enclosed patio area at the rear and a lovely lawn to the front.
Pass the KeysÂź is a Property Management Company managing many listings on Airbnb.
Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the KeysÂź personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the KeysÂźâs Property Readiness Standard.
Key to back door is kept in the door. Please make sure door is locked. Please shut all windows before leaving. To open sash windows - there is an Allen key hanging in the fuse box. This can be used to take security screws out on sash windows. Please re-lock after use.
Turn heating and hot water off by sliding controller to left off position upon leaving.
