In the picturesque setting of Santa Maria di Leuca, where the Ionian and Adriatic Seas meet, stands Villa Ristola, an elegant residence located in the heart of town. This modern villa overlooks the rocky promontory of Punta Ristola which marks the end of the Salento peninsula, offering a breathtaking view of the coast on both sides. The horizon is lost in the vastness of the sea, creating an evocative scenario that lends itself to unforgettable panoramic walks and to admiring wonderful sunsets over the sea. The villa reflects, in the furnishings and accessories, a minimalist imprint, bestowing on both the indoor and outdoor areas clean and essential lines to ensure maximum comfort. The jewel in the crown, in addition to the veranda with dining and sitting area outside the kitchen, are the terraces on the upper floor: overlooking the natural spectacle of Punta Ristola, they become the ideal retreat for admiring a unique natural spectacle, to be enjoyed while relaxing in the sitting area, or directly from the swimming pool in which the colours of the sea and sky are reflected.
Interior:
The villa has two floors. From the veranda, two steps lead up to the main entrance that leads directly into the living room and, from here (up 3 steps), to the dining room that communicates with the kitchen which, in turn, communicates with the external dining area. The floor is completed by the laundry room and by a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower (no bidet). Upstairs are two more double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom with shower (no bidet). Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
Park:
The outdoor areas of Villa Ristola, enclosed by 1.20 m-high walls, are set in a residential context. The park, of minimalist vocation, is made up of paved areas on which the outdoor living areas are set up. In addition to the enchanting veranda on the ground floor, accessible from the dining area through a sliding glass door, the outdoor spaces are enriched by a panoramic swimming pool located on the first floor and an additional terrace accessible via stairs adjacent to the swimming pool. The terrace on the first floor, in addition to offering a breathtaking view of the panorama, is equipped with a shower and furnished with a relaxation area with sofa and armchairs.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located on the first floor and is reached from the ground floor via a flight of steps near the veranda. Overlooking the wonderful panorama of Punta Ristola and the sea, it is an oasis of refined leisure. Measuring 5 x 3 m with a constant depth of 1.20 m, the pool is lined in PVC and is accessed via a metal ladder. It is bordered on one side by the solarium area that extends onto the upper floor terrace equipped with a seating area and a cold-water shower. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
