The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential complex which boasts large outdoor spaces, including a well-kept garden, furnished patio with relaxation area, and terrace with dining table. The entrance leads to the living room with a sofa, TV, dining table, and an open kitchen fully equipped with cooking utensils and an espresso machine. From here there is access to the outdoor patio. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and TV. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Loiri Porto San Paolo has 15 thousand hectares of sea and 40 coastal kilometers of the Capo Coda Cavallo marine area. Its landscape is dominated by the striking and impressive Tavolara Island, a paradise for diving and trekking lovers. The symbol of the coastline is Cala Ghjlgolu, resplendent with turquoise sea, ochre-colored sand, and the famous turtle-shaped granite rock.
