The property is located approx. 350 m from the beach, 250 m from the city center, in a quiet area but close to everything you need.
Set on the side of the Darsena, it comes with a kitchenette, 1 living room with a double bed and 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and a large private terrace.
It's equipped with satellite TV, hairdryer, safe, WIFI, air conditioning and parking located 300 m from the residence.

*late check-in until 23:00 only on request. After 23:00, check-in is not allowed.

°Services excluded - Mandatory:
-100eur to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency. Please note that during the Pentecost period (from 06/06 to 09/06), the deposit will be 200eur per person. It will be returned at check-out following the apartment inspection. Disturbances during the quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM) will result in the immediate closure of the apartment.
-City tax: 0,70eur per person, per night, for a maximum of 10 nights, only for above 12 years old guests at the check-in date. It is required to be paid upon arrival in cash.
