For your convenience, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron/ironing board, as well as a separate guest toilet with a washbasin.

At the pool-level, you’ll find an independent apartment with a living room, German satellite TV and Spanish channels, and a ceiling fan, along with a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator with a small built-in freezer, filter coffee machine, and ceramic hob with 2 burners. The bedroom features air conditioning and a double bed (200×180), and there’s a bathroom with a toilet, washbasin, and shower.
