Casa Leo is a perfectly located, renovated authentic Spanish villa. Just 750 meters from the famous Cala Llobella beach and 900 meters from Caleta de l'Advocat. Enjoy the comforts of this Spanish villa featuring air conditioning, a fireplace, and a private swimming pool. The property includes 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests.
As you enter, you are welcomed by a warm and inviting design that will be the perfect setting for many cherished memories. In the living room, you'll find a fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere during the winter months. You can also enjoy home comforts such as a TV and Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is equipped with all essentials, including a ceramic hob, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The kitchen is open to the living and dining area, making it an ideal layout for spending time with family and friends.
The bedrooms consist of two rooms with double beds and one room with two single beds. All bedrooms have new air conditioning units with both cooling and heating functions.
There are two full bathrooms in the villa, each with a shower, toilet, and sink.
In the morning, relax on the front deck in comfortable chairs while soaking up the warm sun and sipping your coffee. Unwind in the spacious garden and watch the children play on the lawn.
