Tastefully decorated, this chic apartment with 135m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It also has access to a balcony with outdoor furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

The first bedroom has a queen bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double and single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the 1.5 bathrooms (one full and one half) have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the outdoor shared pool. Underground parking is available at the property.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a fantastic location to explore the city. You will find attractions such as Casino Estoril, Praia de São Pedro do Estoril, and Forte de São Julião da Barra just a short distance away. Regarding dining options, there are excellent restaurants and bars nearby, including Eduardo das Conquilhas, Boteco da Linha, and Alcatruz. Whether you're looking to relax on the beach, explore historical sites, or enjoy delicious cuisine, this location has it all.

It is conveniently located just 2.8 km from Carcavelos station and 3.6 km from Estoril station. This address offers easy access to public transportation for exploring the surrounding areas.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
