Sofa bed for a third guest. We are located in the green "I Lentischi" neighborhood, 750 meters from the small square, the café, the restaurant, and the village market in Domus De Maria. The beautiful beaches of Chia and Teulada are just a few minutes away by car. Free unlimited Wi-Fi and free street parking.

Casa Tya is the perfect accommodation for those seeking a peaceful vacation close to nature, just a short distance from the most beautiful beaches of southwest Sardinia. Semi-independent, with a private entrance and a courtyard on two sides, it extends from the ground floor to a raised level. Inside, the living room features a modern equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, a Deghi Terat model sofa bed for the third guest, and a dining table with four seats. TV and fast, unlimited Wi-Fi, accessible throughout the property. Eight steps lead to the upper floor, where there is a full bathroom with a shower and washing machine, as well as a double bedroom with a large wardrobe and access to the courtyard. Modern hot/cold air conditioning units in both the living room and bedroom make this house comfortable in all seasons.

Outside, the large covered loggia with a view of nature invites you to spend your vacation outdoors. Here you will find a second table with four seats, two sun loungers, and an outdoor shower (not heated but useful on hot summer days). An external pathway with steps, approximately 25 meters long, connects the house to the street level, where you can park your vehicle for free. The steps are designed to be low for easy access. The neighborhood has zero traffic: only the few vehicles of property owners or guests pass through.
