* The outdoor (ground floor level) offers a private and heated Swimming pool 11m x 3m with a fully automated salt electrolysis system, a sun-deck area with 5 deck chairs and sea views, a covered outdoor dining table with barbecue, and a lounge corner. There is also an outdoor shower.
*The ground floor (pool level) has an open-plan living area (45sqm) that includes a stylish and fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities a modern guest needs for a comfortable stay, a spacious dining area for 8 pax filled with natural light; a very comfortable living room and with a direct approach to the sun deck area, fully air-conditioned. Large glass walls connect the villa’s interior with the exterior so you are directly connected to the sunbathing area for maximum relaxation and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
* The lower ground floor is approachable with an indoor staircase and offers a Media room with a sofa, PlayStation5, a TV, and some games for more fun. Next to it is a relaxing zone with a Finnish sauna, a shower, and two relaxing sofas. There is a separate room with a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing amenities.
* The first floor offers 4 bedrooms as follows:
Bedroom NO1 (15 sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm ×200cm, A/C, TV.

The neighborhood is a very friendly, rural area with other villas around you, with nice walking and hiking trails up and down the hill. Car is recommended as you are located a bit up the hill and here are the important distances from the property: nearest supermarket (2km), pebble beach (2km), restaurant (1-5km), town Omiš and Cetina river (9 km) with many attractions and activities such as rafting, zip-line, water sports, canoeing, boat tours to islands…and more. The famous town Split with its great historical attractions is only 16km away from the villa, and it is very much worth visiting. The nearest Highway exit Split is 29km (if you are traveling by car), and the nearest Airport Split is 32km. At the Omiš coastal side (9km from villa) you will find some other activities in this area like nice hiking trails, you can rent canoes, enjoy the local restaurants and many other historical attractions in the old part of Omiš. When in Omiš, simply go strolling along the seaside promenade as the locals do, enjoy the local food from the open market or one of the attractive beaches on the very famous Omiš and Duće area with a sand beach as the perfect place for families.

It is a nicely organized property located on a private plot of 404 m2 and offering 213 m2 of living space spread over three levels - lower ground floor, ground floor, first floor and it can accommodate 8 people. The perfect home away from home for family gatherings or a group of friends looking for a relaxed or active vacation in Croatia. There is a secured parking place on a fenced private plot for 3 cars and a car is recommended and EV charger if you have an electric car.
