Luxury 5 bedroom home, newly refurbished to a high standard throughout. St Johns is the perfect home away from home suitable for couples to share & mature groups of friends or families looking for a get together. The property is located in the heart of Hove, only a stoneâs throw from Hove seafront & 5 minutes from Church Road. Church Road offers a variety of independent cafes, restaurants, bars and quirky boutique shops. You can also access central Brighton in less than 10 minutes.

St Johns Road is located in a quiet residential area, the property itself boasts a modern, neutral vibe whilst having luxury comforts that make it a home away from home. The recently renovated property has three stories within this lovely terraced house.
St Johns is located in Hove, a beautiful seaside resort in East Sussex, England. Alongside Brighton, it is one of the two main parts of the city of Brighton and Hove. You are a stones throw from Hove seafront/beach and only a short walk into the Brighton city centre. The location and neighbourhood couldn't be more perfect!

Welcoming you into the home is a large open plan kitchen, dining & living space to sit & enjoy each otherâs company. To the front of the property, you have the modern kitchen with a large dining table that comfortably seats 9 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped if you fancied a night in cooking or even organise a chef for the evening.
The lounge area boasts a comfy extra deep sofa plus a cosy love chair & smart TV with a fire stick so you can enjoy a relaxing evening in or chilling out after a busy day in the city centre. Open up the large bi-folding doors off the lounge to create an inviting âinside outsideâ feel. The garden is great for relaxing on our sunnier days, listening to the bamboo sway in the breeze sipping on a cooling drink â SOUNDS LIKE BLISS.
The master bedroom is off the third floor with a large super king bed, 55 inch smart TV with a fire stick, ensuite bathroom & lots of built in wardrobe space for ample room. There is a "My Babiie Black Quilted Travel Cot" for guests to use in this room if needed. Also on the third floor is single bedroom with smart TV & built in storage.
The second floor has 1 large bedroom with 1 king size bed, smart TV, Dressing table/desk & wardrobe. Two cosy double bedrooms with double beds, Smart TVâs and build in storage. There is a large modern family bathroom with bath & separate shower.
Summary of property layout
The whole of the downstairs is an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area - perfect for socialising. Bedrooms are located on the first and top floor. Two doubles and a king bedroom are on the first floor alongside a family bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC. The master suite with en-suite (with a second bath, separate shower and WC)is on the top floor adjacent to another single bedroom.
Guests have the entire house to themselves, as well as the garden, for the duration of their stay.
Travelling by car: We have 1 available car parking space outside for one car. There are however pay & display bays available at Palmeria square & the roads nearby (these are normally limited to 4 hours max parking)
Travelling by train: The property is a short 15-minute walk from Hove station or short Taxi ride. Brighton station is 10 minute taxi ride
Due to the central location of the property, you can travel by foot all around Hove & Hove seafront, you can even take a stroll into central Brighton! Busses run very frequently into Brighton & the surrounding areas too. With a bus stop around the corner by Palmeria Square located moments from the front door
