Wave Watcher is bright, cosy, 4-bedroom home with a quality setup with free parking for up to 2 cars on driveway with more free road parking. Wave Watcher has been furnished to a high standard with all the amenities you require for a luxurious getaway. Step out of the front door & you're already in a prime location overlooking the glorious seaview, Roedean golf course and Brighton Marina (walking distance), close to the centre of Brighton & a stone throw away from the famous seafront.

Wave Watcher is the perfect base to explore Brighton’s famous beachfront, independent shops, cafes, markets, wonderful restaurants, bars, nightclubs and quirky boutiques and more. If you’re heading into the centre of Brighton, you’re a only an 8-minute drive or 45-minute walk if it’s a beautiful day! Whether you want to relax by the sea, stroll along the under cliff to Rottingdean, Brighton Marina or Central Brighton, stop for a coffee or an ice cream, swim, paddle board, ramble up the South Downs to the iconic windmill in Rottingdean or pop to Brighton for a shop & theatre visit, this is the place for you!
You have the entire house to yourself, as well as a large patio/terrace area for the duration of your stay.
Wave Watcher is also located on a private road and nestled between luxurious millionaires mansions and the South Down National Park. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The property has in our opinion the best view in Brighton of the sea, being the old Coastguard cottages. The view is genuinely hypnotic, fascinating ever changing: sunsets, sunrises, moon silver path on sea, sailing boats, hang gliders, flocks of seagulls, stormy seas. Depending on weather and season.
Wave Watcher has ample living/dining space for up to 8 guests with large stylish sofa great for chilling out on after a busy day on the beach. We have smart TV for guest to use with app access using there own logins for all your entertainment needs, you won’t want to leave! For those nights you just want to stay in and have wholesome family/group evenings, there’s a large modern dining table big enough to seat 6 guests around in addition there s breakfast bar with more stools. In the summer the south facing front patio area is the perfect outdoor space to relax with a glass of wine over looking the beach and Brighton Marina.
The property has four double bedrooms, Two of them having spectacular sea views with the ground floor bedroom having a porthole window with sea view too! All bedrooms have comfortable beds, 2x Double beds, 2 king-size beds all supplied with indulgent hotel quality duvets, pillows, linen and towels for that home away from home feel. Three out of the four bedrooms have smart TV’s with fire sticks to use with your own logins. The property also has a travel cot suitable for babies up to 2 years and a highchair available to use during your stay needed. There will certainly be no queuing with three bathrooms all with showers and 1 family bathroom with bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you could need including a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Complimentary teas and coffees are included for your stay.
This stunning property comes with a south facing patio/terrace area overlooking the seafront and brighton Marina. Perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing after a busy day on the beach if you're lucky enough to be down here on a scorching hot day.
Iron, ironing board and hairdryer are provided too.
Travelling by car: We have free parking available at the property for the duration of your stay.
Travelling by train: The property is a short 15 minute taxi ride from the Brighton station and will cost around £25. We wouldn’t recommend walking as it is rather far on foot. You can also take a no 2 or 27 bus. You should get off the bus at Roedean Golf Course.
Getting around by Bus :
There are ample busses only a 2-minute walk from the property that take you straight into the centre of Brighton:
From the coast road, a 2-minute walk from the property, you can catch the 12, 12A, 14, 27 all into Brighton within 15 minutes
Important information:
You have chosen a great place to stay for your trip. You will get more space, privacy and home away from home feel. However, this property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, & stag groups, under 25's or similar parties.
Please note that in the event of an early departure, the property will charge you for full amount of your stay.
Please make sure that if you do not have permission for later check-out you vacate by 11am, checking-out after 11 am will incur a charge of £30 per hour. This is due to our cleaners having tight cleaning deadlines and delaying them causes issues cleaning another properties.
