The fireplace is perfect for cocooning in those cold winter days! The kitchen, boasting its own dining space, is thoughtfully outfitted with all the necessary amenities to cater to your culinary needs. The residence comprises three well-appointed bedrooms, each tastefully air-conditioned for optimal comfort. Two of these bedrooms feature plush double beds, while the third offers two cozy singles, catering perfectly to families with children or groups of friends. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, fitted with shower, while the main bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, as well as a washing machine for your convenience.
However, the star of the property is definitely its spacious seaview balcony, complete with a sitting and dining area! Enjoy a glass of wine or your meal while gazing upon the horizon!
