Denna moderna lägenhet renoverades 2018 och ligger i Koukaki-Akropolis-området intill en tunnelbanestation (100 m) och gångavstånd från Akropolis och dess nya museum (300m). Lägenheten täcker 95 kvadratmeter, den har 3 sovrum, ett vardagsrum med en platt-tv och ett matbord, ett fullt utrustat kök, ett badrum och en balkong med ett bord där du kan sitta och njuta av din lunch eller middag. This was a great find! It is close to everything and was so easy to get to. There is a subway and bus stop nearby plus it was easy walking distance from shopping and restaurants (recommend Greek Stories and Arcadia for meals-great, friendly, and gluten free choice!). Chris was very communicative and even helped us get book rides to and from the apartment for our arrival and departure and for luggage storage. The space was exactly what needed for our group and we would stay there again. There are some small maintainence things to be done, but Chris was totally willing to take our feedback and work on them. The couch was so comfy and the rooms are great size and the ac was awesome. Definitely a great location for anyone but especially families!

Perfect Location, Great Space

What a great find! Apartment was in the perfect location, was spacious and clean, and the hosts were communicative and quick to respond. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great spot in walking distance to many of Athens incredible attractions.

Clean apartment with comfortable beds and a great location. Many good restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops within walking distance and close to the metro if you want to venture out.

The most convenient place in Athens!

Great location near the Acropolis and many bars and restaurants- always something to do! Very safe. Apartment was clean and Chris was a most excellent host! Check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommended!

After cruise stay to see Athens

All is as pictured. The kitchen could use more glasses, etc if you say can sleep 8, however, all is there and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood is fantastic with coffee shops, stores and restaurants. We loved the neighborhood. Chris was very quick in responses and even arranged transportation from cruise port and then to airport. Very welcoming. Would stay again.

Best place to stay in Athens

We are so grateful for Chris and Zeta! Their home was perfect for our stay in Athens. The location is great--it's a short walk to the Parthenon and so many restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, it was bigger than we were expecting. You should also check out their coffee shop, we went both days we were there. Check in was easy and he even helped us get a driver to and from--Even our driver went above and beyond to help us out. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you're in Athens--We will definitely be back!

Central and convenient location

Chose Chris' apartment for its proximity to the Acropolis as we were only staying 1 night and needed something central and convenient and this place ticked all the boxes!

Great stay near Acropolis

Owners are amazing to help get taxis/rides set up to from airport. They also allowed us to store luggage at a nearby coffee shop. The building safe secure and has a lift. The second floor is an American 3rd floor but easy to determine. The apartment has great A/C that cooled off in a hurry when with high temps outside. Comfortable beds and lots of room to spread out after a long day exploring Athens. Easy walk to tourist spots and other neighborhoods. Coffee Central is highly recommended as well as Romatella pizza around the corner. We would stay here again if and when we return.

Super Location, tolle Gegend

Die Wohnung von Chris ist toll gelegen, viele nette Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Akropolis ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit Chris war schnell, zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten zu acht ausreichend Platz, die Wohnung war sauber und hatte mit den zwei Balkonen auch die Möglichkeit zum draußen sitzen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Short stay on Athens

7 of us stayed 2 nights before we boarded a cruise in Athens. This apartment was in a great location and provided all with comfortable space to unwind. Chris was more than helpful with any question we had and also helped set up our transfer from airport and to port. Couldn’t recommend staying here more if you’re visiting Athens!

This modern apartment was renovated in 2018 and is located in Koukaki-Acropolis area, 100m from a metro station and 300m from the Acropolis and its new museum. It has all necessary amenities a guest would need for a pleasant stay. It is ideal for groups and families because it has 3 bedrooms and a sofa that turns into a double bed. It can host up to 8 guests. The two bedrooms have a queen size double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The mattresses, linens and pillows are of top quality for the ultimate sleeping experience.
