On the lower ground floor, you'll find a playroom with air conditioning, forced-air heating, and an exit leading to the patio and swimming pool. This level also houses another bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), an en-suite bath/shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, along with direct access to the patio and pool area.
