Vårt enkelt förtrollande hem på 154 Spartina Circle ligger perfekt i Camp District på WaterColor! Detta obefläckade hem är helt nytt för Beach Blue-uthyrningsprogrammet! Platsen är utmärkt - precis i hjärtat av WaterColor tvärs över gatan från Fern Wood Park och en av de största poolerna i WaterColor. Njut av allt från verandaen - poolen, parken, lekplatsen, stänkplattan, fiskedammen och Camp WaterColor bara några steg bort.

Med 4 sovrum, 5 badrum, är detta hem utsökt utformat med avslappnad elegans och komfort i åtanke. Great house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house. Loved our stay. Plenty of room and really liked the size of the den and common areas. Although we didn’t have little kids with us, the location to Camp Watercolor and the playground couldn’t be any better. Overall the house was clean and well equipped. We did have a couple of issues on the trip. The main floor AC wasn’t working when we first arrived but luckily the temperature wasn’t too bad and was fixed quickly. The golf cart was a great feature but stopped working a couple days before we left and wasn’t fixed while we were still there.

Lovely and Convenient

We had a very nice visit at Water Color and enjoyed the house and its location. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate so we didn't use the amenities or the golf cart. The home is lovely and very spacious. Only negative is the tv was not working. Although management sent someone, they were not able to fix it. I'm sure this will be remedied before the next stay. Highly recommend.

Great location -great space

Our family of 6 stayed here after Christmas. The house had great space for us to spread out and a big family room where we could all hang out together! Also, great porches on both levels. The house is located directly across from camp watercolor which is great for the pools, ( all are heated), lazy river and basketball also Publix is only 2 miles away. Our first few days the weather was cooler and rainy but it warmed up and we enjoyed time at the beach club, walks and bike rides.There are great trails that go behind the houses and take you to the lakes which have beautiful views. Blue Beach Properties made the whole process easy from checkin to checkout. They were very responsive with all our needs throughout our stay! A couple notes… While we were excited to have the golf cart, we did have to have it serviced because it runs very slowly.Also, the Internet in the house was very spotty and would buffer a lot when watching TV or movies, or using your phone. Overall great family time in a nice space!

Good but could be better

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great location for families with kiddos. It's located directly across from camp watercolor. However, the house must have been flooded downstairs at one point and not properly restored/mitigated. The floors are warped and worn and the doors and baseboards are in need of repair. Lots of items are in the same shape. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job too. I think that if the owner took the offseason and did the repairs and updates, it would be a 10. I have to give it a low 7.

2nd stay

Mixed reviews for this property after my second stay here. Can’t beat the location of this property but it seems like every time we’re here there’s been something with the house that is annoying but has been handled by the mgmt company in a timely manner. This time the a/c was clogged and it was 85 degrees when we were trying to put kids to sleep. There is pretty bad mildew in the master shower that should be addressed. I would come back to this location again with the location being perfect for us with kids, the golf cart is a plus, and the management company has shown to be as helpful as possible.

Spacious Home in Nice location

The whole process to check in and check out was simple. The home was nice and the AC was strong. Location is great. Directly across from camp watercolor and nice biking distance to Beach Club. A few things we noticed was the dryer needed several attempts to dry the clothes. We called bc the lights on the golf cart didn’t turn on while driving at night but no one came to fix it during our stay. The front door didn’t lock and we called to address the issue. Overall, it was a decent place to stay in Watercolor.

Wonderful Location for Young Families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit! This house is literally the closest house in Watercolor to the playground and Camp Watercolor. We had 2 families and 5 kids all under age 5. It was so nice to be able to walk back and forth to Camp Watercolor and not have to disrupt the group that wanted to stay longer. The house was big and roomy, and had a good layout for sharing the house. Each room has a private bathroom which I always love. Three bedrooms had King beds, which was also a huge plus for us.

Location can’t be beat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Directly across from the park and entrance to camp watercolor, ideal if you have young kids! Nice to be able to walk back and have a snack or grab lunch back at the house. The management company was quick to respond and was very helpful. As other reviewers mentioned, the house needs some TLC and is definitely showing some wear - specifically the front porch, wood floors and kitchen island, and upstairs master shower. The front bedroom upstairs is really dark and could use more lighting. We had plenty of towels for our guests. The beach club pool and camp watercolor have towels for your use but they will not let you take them with you so pack a dry towel if you want to have one to wrap around a cold wet kid after swimming to walk home :)

Thanksgiving Vacation

We had a wonderful time in WaterColor for thanksgiving! The house was the perfect location for our 7 and 5 year old to play across the street at the playground. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful

Home was beautiful. Very close to Publix & a 10 min golf cart ride to the beach house pools/beach. Enjoyed our stay. Next time might stay closer to beach. This house is perfect for families with young kids that want to walk across the street to the water park

Great house, great location

The house was great, as advertised. The only issue we had was with the wristbands used to access Watercolor amenities (beach club, lazy river, etc). We were left with 30 plus wrist bands, some of which were actively valid, most of which were not so we had to figure out which bunch of wristbands were valid and which were not, often while trying to not hold up a long line of patrons. The staff helping us were nice, but clearly didn't think it was their problem to solve so getting their help took 30 minutes one time, and 20 minutes or so the next time so they could look the details up in the system and then help us sort through the pile of wristbands we were left with. Other than that, great stay and the golf cart access was such a bonus, will never stay at another watercolor house without one. Thank you to the host for a wonderful family memory.

Well-stocked kitchen, except there were only a couple of spoons. But, great location--especially if you have kids who love Camp Watercolor.

Lovely Home, Great Stay

We loved the location and amenities that came with staying in Watercolor. It was wonderful having the golf cart, access to Watercolor beach, pools across the street and park. Great location if you've got kiddos along. There were a few things in the home that were a little run-down ( i.e. broken blind in living room, shower in downstairs master that had ONLY scalding hot water) but overall a lovely and roomy home to host our kids and grands!

Reviewer Comments: Loved the location; however, we were disappointed with the condition of the property. The dishwasher was broken, smoke alarm needed a battery and was blaring in one room, and the sheets smelled like sunscreen and appeared unwashed on arrival.
