Vackert 4 sovrum, 4 badrum hemma i Camp District of Watercolor Resort. Detta hem ligger i Crossvine Circle och är idealiskt för 2 familjer med 2 master sviter, en queen size-säng och ett våningssäng med 4 tvillingar. Soffan i övervåningen är en bäddsoffa för ett extra par gäster vid behov.

Detta charmiga hem är bara ett kvarter från Camp Watercolor, men stöder ändå ett lugnt damm för lite tillfällig, välbehövlig avskildhet. Två avskärmade och två öppna verandor samt en uteplats i ryggen tillåter gott om utrymme för alla.

Alla sovrum och båda hus har nya TV-apparater. Köket är underbart inredda, har bänkskivor i granit och apparater i rostfritt stål. Vackra super high-end sängkläder gör en god natts vila enkelt. Publix är också två kvarter bort, perfekt för en snabb körning om skåpet eller vinskåpet blir lågt!

Great home!

This home was such a lovely place to escape to, quietly nestled in a cul-de-sac just minutes from Publix! The house is perfectly kept, very spacious! Would highly recommend and stay here again!

Watercolor getaway

Such an amazing home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property had the perfect amount of space for our family to stay with two king bed masters, one queen guest room & 4 bunk bed room. It was a 4 min walk to Camp Water Color & a short drive to the beach. We will definitely stay again, thank you!

Great time in watercolor

Had an amazing time with our family during Spring Break. How was spacious for 6 adults, 2 kids and a baby. Great location easy walk to Camp watercolor, very close to Publix, and we rode our bikes to the beach. House had everything we needed for our stay and was very easy to get in touch with the owner/manager who responded quickly with any questions. Great stay

Lovely home and great location! Plenty of comfortable space for all the family and friends to get together and catch up in the days before my daughter's wedding. The host, Ashley, was by far the best of the three homes I rented for the occasion. Extremely helpful, informative, and very quick responses to texts and/or emails!

House is much nicer than pics communicate. It’s a great house in a perfect location close to Camp Watercolor and Publix yet secluded. Property Manager could not have been more efficient with her communications.

Beautiful house and great location

The house is beautiful with lots of room. Location is great- quick bike ride to Seaside or Watercolor beaches. My husband and I took our teenage children and their friends. Bedroom with bunk beds was perfect for my son and his friends and loved the master bedroom and bedrooms upstairs with private balconies. Kitchen and living area great too! Definitely recommend!!

Spacious and as advertised

What we like best was the living space. In nicer weather than we had during our August stay, the wrap around porches would be very enjoyable. We stayed indoors mostly and the huge living room and kitchen with tall ceilings was perfect for the 2 families (9 people) to enjoy. The kitchen was stocked well with all the things we needed for preparing meals. Proximity to the Publix was also nice. We did not love how far away this house was to the Watercolor beach access. But we knew the distance when booking and if well planned one can rent golf carts or use the Watercolor shuttle.

Sib getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The included activity bands allowed us to access all the pools in Watercolor most of which were heated. Though the location is about 3/4 of a mile from the beach, it was an easy bike ride and towels were provided at the resort pools. (Very convenient). The house has multiple decks with plenty of chairs to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast outside. Pickleball and tennis is located a short walk from the house though expensive. There are public courts located about 3 miles away at Walton sports complex and they are currently free. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the location convenient to Publix, the beach, and pools. Highly recommend!

Gourmet Kitchen

We enjoyed our stay. House was spacious for two families of five. Great location for beach, grocery and shops. While the kitchen was amazing with great appliances, it was ill equipped. We had to go out and purchase a cheese grater, hand mixer and cake pan. For such a nice kitchen one would think these come standard as a basic kitchen tool. The master bedroom will be needing to replace the mattress in the near future. It had an huge divot on both sides of the bed. Other than that, our stay was close to perfect. Nothing major wrong with the house. I would chose to stay there again in the future. The property owners communicate well and in a timely manner.

Great family home in Watercolor

The house is so much bigger than the pictures portray it. There were three generations that comfortably stayed in this beautiful home! All the beds were comfortable and the bunk room was perfect for our 3 grandsons. If you are the family chef you will love the kitchen! We enjoyed all of the outdoor living spaces, especially the two screened in porches in the evening. The homeowner was so helpful and went above and beyond answering my questions. The location to camp Watercolor is ideal for families with children of any age. It’s a very short walk away. We were able to use the trolley service to and from the beach club and they were always very prompt. And the beach club is fantastic! The food at camp watercolor and the beach club is pricey but delicious! The beach access requires a lot of climbing stairs but it was fine for our group. Overall I give this Watercolor home a five star rating. When we return this will be the house we will stay at again.

The Magness Family är värd

We are a very busy family of four but vacation is our time to regroup. We love the Watercolor/Seaside area, and it has been an important part of our children's youth. They have played countless soccer and bocce ball games, eaten tons of Dawson's and Heavenly's, and had more tacos than I can count. We hope you love it as much as we do, and would love to share our home with you.

Varför värden valde detta boende

28 Crossvine is perfectly located...very close to Camp Watercolor and Publix and a short bike ride from the beach, yet far enough away from the crazy crowds that take the relaxation out of vacation.
Not to mention, it is has two master suites and two additional rooms for kiddos, so it is perfect for two families. All this, and it is wonderfully appointed with tons of great outdoor space, including two screened and two open porches and a new backyard patio by the pond.

We fell in love with so many facets of this home. The master bath with it's amazing onyx tile, the beautiful apple green wall of kitchen cabinets, and the great backyard patio with adirondack chairs and an perfect view of the adjacent pond are all near and dear to our hearts.
