Our Villa Les Moreres de Sitges has 3 comfortable double bedrooms with large windows and another independent bedroom/study with space to work. The kitchen is equipped with everything, the living room, with lots of natural light and airy, ideal for celebrating meals or informal meetings. You can enjoy board games and readings, relax on sofas and armchairs, reading or watching digital TV.
The house has capacity for 6 adults + infants/children, has private swimming pool with chlorine-free saline treatment, terraces, patio, barbecue, garden. The distribution is 6 people on the main floor and 2 in the annexe with their own key and bathroom.
They are 180 m2 inside on a 600 m2 plot with a private swimming pool (6*3 metres) surrounded on its entire perimeter by a Mediterranean-style garden, fenced and arranged on several levels.

All the internal spaces of the villa are equipped with air conditioning (with heat pump) and natural gas heating via radiators.

Services and common areas
Guests will have access to the entire property. The house is arranged on all four winds, with a garden, terraces and patios surrounding the entire property on several levels, adapted to the orography of the place. It is a rustic garden, with Mediterranean species, some of which are endemic. It has a comfortable private outdoor swimming pool with solarium, shaded patio and safe access for children.

The main terrace is located in front of the house and is accessed from the entrance or the sliding doors of the living room. It has awnings, a relaxation area with sofas, tables with chairs and a solarium with space for sun loungers.

Other aspects worth noting
The pool is equipped with a water treatment based on Saline Electrolysis, with a salt level similar to that of natural tears. It is a more modern, healthy and eco-friendly system that disinfects without using harsh chemicals or chlorine that can harm your skin or eyes.

Central heating + electricity + gas at low season rates: €150/week based on actual consumption.
