Vårt traditionella 3 sovrum tegelhus ligger i den vackra och historiska gamla Mount Pleasant, som är ett bostadsområde. Du kommer att vara 0. 3 miles till Charleston Harbour, Alhambra Hall, Butikerna på Historic Mt. Trevlig Downtown. Du kommer också att vara 0. 5 miles från The Pitt St. Bro där du kan fiska, släppa dina kajaker och eller kanot i vattnet eller bara njuta av det vackra landskapet och vilda livet. Du kommer att ta en kort promenad till de många restaurangerna på Shem Creek. Du kommer att vara 3 Miles från Sullivans Island Beaches och 6 miles till Charleston. Jag har just uppdaterat mitt hus, inklusive nya möbler, vitvaror och kök.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

We enjoyed our stay at 507 Ruby Dr, in the quaint area of Mount Pleasant. House is simple, comfortable, safe and walkable to coffee and Shem Creek. Also convenient to Charleston. Well organized communication made access easy.

Charming house in the Old Village

This is our 2nd time staying here with our friends and it was great. The house is clean, well stocked, and in a beautiful neighborhood convenient to everything. The host, Jamey, is always prompt with communicating and tells us everything we need to know before arriving. Super easy check-in and check-out process. Perfect for a weekend getaway for our group or a beach week for a family. Highly recommend!

Weekend in Mt Pleasant

We had a great stay here for our weekend getaway. One more bathroom would have been beyyer, but we had 4 adults & were abke to manage with the one. Cute house. Great location.

Knob Drop Off

We came down to drop our son off at The Citadel. The property is in a very lovely neighborhood! The home is absolutely adorable! Beds were comfy too! Will definitely put this home on our list of favorites for future weekends to Charleston.

Great neighborhood and house!

We had wonderful time! The house and surrounding neighborhood was perfect to celebrate the fourth! Jamey was great to work and answered any questions we had. We would definitely go back!

Cute little house!

The accommodations were lovely! We had plenty of towels, the beds were so comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. One bathroom made it a little challenging at times, but we managed. The home was very convenient for us visiting with family only a half mile away. We enjoyed our stay in Mt. Pleasant!

Fantastic communication and love they had a pack and play for us! Further toys for our kids to play with made the stay very enjoyable. Great part of town and very responsive when had questions.

Great location

The location was great, loved the AC, and owner was very responsive. We wished there was more seating indoors and out. Twin bed frames were very squeaky and so were floors outside bedrooms. Bathroom was tight for 6 people to use/store stuff, and it would have been nice to have more outdoor amenities (hammocks, lounge chairs, games, etc.)

Thumbs up for the Ruby House!

Sweet little house in a beautiful walking neighborhood. We enjoyed exploring and finding the secret treasures of Old Village. The homeowner was super responsive and hospitable. Our favorite was sitting in the backyard and watching folks play fetch with their dogs in the park behind the house :)

Perfect retreat for sister trip!

This house was the perfect location for my sisters quick weekend to SC! Quiet neighborhood, cozy home and close to great restaurants. The beds we’re comfortable and the home was well maintained and clean. We would certainly stay here again!

Stay in Mt. Pleasant

I was not overly impressed, esp. compared to previous reviews Some of the cookware was dirty. Kitchen utensils were old, as though they were the owners old ones, bathroom sink sang to us when we turned it on, etc. On a positive note, the living room and dining room were very comfortable.

Perfect location, just what we needed!

My family attended a wedding at Alhambra Hall and needed a place to stay (with kids) that was nearby. This house was perfect! The location was excellent and the house was clean. It was exactly what we needed!! We would stay here again when visiting Mount Pleasant.

Stay was great and close to Charleston and Sullivan Beach. Must eat at Poe's Tavern in Sullivan.

Sweet house, great location, amazing host!

I have never been to the Charleston area so was completely lost as I tried to figure out where to book our family for annual vacation. I landed on James' property and could not have asked for a better location! Easy access to Charleston, the beaches at Sullivan's Island were so close, easy to find parking and not crowded at all, We also enjoyed Sullivan's Island and Shem Creek restaurants, walking the boardwalk at Shem Creek Park and sunsets at Pitt St. Bridge. Our family was able to cook dinner several nights and the accommodations were comfy, clean and updated even though the home is older. I had booked the property back in early spring and we had a schedule change to contend with a few months before travel and James was extremely accommodating in adjusting our dates and went above and beyond to help us get as many days as possible out of our stay. Very cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of coffee shops, groceries, restaurants in the area. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
