You enter the villa on ground floor, where you'll find the hall and garage for one car.

Fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine.

- Master bedroom: double bed, ensuite bathroom (with bathtub), and direct access to the balcony and garden chill-out area.
- Double bedroom: double bed and direct balcony access.

- Two children’s bedrooms: Each with bunk beds, perfect for young guests.
- Second bathroom: Located in the hallway, with a walk-in shower.
