Leeds Castle, a great family day out is only 8 miles away, and Godinton House and Gardens is just 5 miles away. There is also a whole host of stunning historic houses, gardens and numerous other wonderful locations within 20 miles. For those who like the great outdoors, the North Downs Way is within 100m along with National Cycle Route 17. These and other trails offer some great local walks and cycle routes leading to nearby villages, which can be finished with a stop at the local pub for a spot of refreshment.

Curl up on a chilly evening and catch up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV, or while away an afternoon with a good book. The dining area has seating for everyone for relaxed family mealtimes, or gather everyone together for an evening of after dinner board games. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you may need for creating delicious family meals, and the ground floor is completed with a separate cloakroom with WC. Heading upstairs, there are two bedrooms with super-king zip-and-link beds which can be made into twin rooms on request. Both bedrooms share the spacious family bathroom, and completing the first floor is a study with a foldaway desk for catching up on important emails.
