"Spacious and bright apartment, with partial sea-view from the master bedroom and the living room. It is located in a quiet and unique neighborhood, at a few steps from the beach Castello dei Sogni and Via Avenaggi, from where you can easily reach the centre and train station of Rapallo, enjoying a nice walk along the coast. It's the perfect location to spend unforgettable holidays in Rapallo.
The apartment has a spacious living area with a fully-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds (that can also be put together to make a double bed) and two bathrooms (one with shower and another one with bathtub). Each room has a balcony.
The apartment is reserved for non-smokers (except for the balconies) and is equipped with wifi and television in all the rooms. There is also a hairdryer, iron, towels and bed linens for the entire duration of the stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or passing through to visit the city. Take care of it, you are welcome! Â
We kindly remind our guests that the apartment is located on the first floor and it's necessary to climb some steps before entering the house.
House rules:
- Check-in to arrange with the host from 3pm to 9pm. As an alternative, it is possible to also arrange a self check-in (always starting from 3pm).
- Tourist city tax (2.50 euro per person per night) to pay by cash upon arrival.
- In case of late arrivals after 9 pm, a surcharge of âŹ30 is required for late check-in until 11 pm or âŹ40 for arrivals after 11 pm (not mandatory if self check-in is arranged).
- At the moment of the check-in, guests will be asked to show a copy of their ID or passport.
