Approximately 5 to 10 minutes by car to the exclusive Santa Margarita and Portofino. 5 minutes drive to public swimming pool and Rapallo Golf Club.

Parking is on road with no designated space and parking can be difficult in all of Rapallo. Bus stop outside apartment to the left. Short 2 minute ride by taxi.
As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, and a microwave.

The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

There is two bedrooms in this apartment which contains a double bed in each with a double sofa bed in open plan kitchen.

There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a shower.
The property also offers a garden area, and bbq and very rare opportunity to have 6 seater luxury hot tub.

There is no fixed air conditioning units but, it does benefit from 3 cooling fans.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.

- Pets are allowed at the property.
- Jacuzzi not to be used after 8pm, lid to be put back on after each use. It can not be used at the same time as the washing machine.
- Anything damaged will have to be replaced
