The house is brand new and combines contemporary architecture with typical materials from the Douro region, such as exterior walls and walls covered in schist, as well as iron railings and Portuguese pavement in the house's accesses.
Ideal for those seeking a few days of vacation in a safe and noise-free area, this exclusive property presents guests with a unique 360Âș panoramic view of the beauty of the Douro Valley, with highlights including the Douro River, vineyards, and mountains.
The rooms are spacious with luxurious finishes, in line with an elegant decoration perfectly integrated into a rural space, featuring neutral tones, creating a balanced and welcoming environment with elements that combine the simplicity of contemporary architectural elegance, framed in the tradition of Douro wine estates.
On the ground floor, the living room is filled with natural light through large windows and balconies that enhance the passage of light and frame the Douro landscape. The living room is connected to a modern kitchen, fully equipped with Bosch appliances, creating a spacious and functional area of over 80 m2. The ground floor also includes a social bathroom, laundry room, and a changing room with direct access to the exterior, to support the pool.
On the lower floor, respecting the slope of the vineyard terraces, there are 4 bedrooms, all en-suite, decorated with simple lines creating an intimate and discreet atmosphere. The bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes and elegant marble bathrooms with direct light. The master suite also includes a walk-in closet. All bedrooms have balconies overlooking the vineyard and the Douro River.
