The three bedrooms have a private bathroom and a service bathroom, with free amenities at your disposal. No need to worry about bringing sheets or towels, we'll have everything ready for you on arrival!

Located just 2 km from the center of Resende, this villa is furnished and has ample spaces such as the living and dining room. This entire area has fabulous river views!

The kitchen, in open space, is fully equipped, with all the necessary appliances to be able to cook your meals.

The entire home features high-speed WiFi access and cable TV.

The exterior is simply stunning, not only because of the outstanding and most coveted element, the heated infinity pool, but also because of the location so close to the river, which will allow you to enjoy absolutely magical evenings!

It is only possible to reach the property by car, however there is free parking on site.
Please note that we do not have a reception at the house, so it is necessary that you inform us of your arrival in advance.

Located just 2 km from the center of Resende, the house has all the essential stores around it, such as the Pingo Doce supermarket, a 6-minute drive away.

The villa is located a 35-minute drive from Peso da Régua, where you can also visit the Douro Museum, visit the municipal market with fresh food products and which is open every day from 8 am to 6 pm, except for on Sunday.

On the way to Peso da Régua you will find several fruit vendors, typical sweets from the region and the traditional sweets from Peso da Régua.
