It is ideally located, just 600 metres from Grifeu beach and close to the local shops and restaurants and the pretty town of Llançà .
The apartment has an open-plan space with a welcoming lounge-dining room with sofa-bed, dining table and chairs, cupboards, TV and doors leading to the terrace. Separated from the lounge by a bar, the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and appliances you need for your stay: fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee market and Mokka coffee pot, toaster and tableware.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds (for 2), as well as 1 full bathroom with bath, toilet, sink and washing machine.
From the bright lounge-dining room, you can go out to the terrace which has outdoor furniture, awning and an electric grill, ideal for enjoying meals outside or just relaxing and admiring the views of the sea and pool.
