A beautiful, spacious and tastefully furnished property, with private pool, mature, landscaped gardens and the luxury of a jacuzzi/hot tub. It is located in the residential area, of Costa Papagayo, in Playa Blanca. on the eastern side, towards the Marina Rubicon and Playa Dorada locations.

INTERIOR
Living /Dining Room:
The front door opens into the hallway and leads on to the spacious, open plan living/dining room, providing comfortable dining for four people, with overhead lighting with low noise fan, to keep the air moving and the area cool. A large sofa and coffee table provides the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the large SMART TV, with Mag box (providing all BBC/ITV/CH4/5 etc, all Sky channels, box sets, movies and much more).
There is a door leading to an internal, open air seating area for 4.
Doors lead to the conservatory area.

2nd Dining Room/Conservatory Area:
Doors from the formal living room lead out to a fully enclosed, further dining area with seating for 6. There is also a comfortable L shaped sofa to chill out on and enjoy your favourite book, or just to sit and enjoy looking out the floor to ceiling windows to the pool terrace and gardens.

Kitchen:
Leading off from the hallway, is a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances, including electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, kettle, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and toaster etc.

King size bedroom with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and reading lamps, set of drawers and overhead light with low noise fan. En-suite with WC, bath with shower over, twin hand basins and vanity mirrors.

Separate shower room with WC, spacious, step in shower and a single hand wash basin unit with lighted vanity mirror.

EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terrace:
Patio doors lead from the second dining area, out to the spacious pool terrace and private, swimming pool (7.5m x 3.5m – 1.6m x 1.2m in steps area in size and 1.2m to 1.6m in Depth), electrically heated (November to April inclusive), with stepped entry.
There is also the further luxury of a hot tub/jacuzzi, providing another perfect setting to relax and enjoy your holiday.
A canarian charcoal BBQ is provided for outside cooking and a lovely, mature, landscaped garden finishes off the outside surrounding area.
Steps lead up to a roof terrace where you can sit, with your favourite tipple, and enjoy the beautiful mountains and distant sea view.

The washing machine is located in an outside store room.

Location:
This villa is situated in the residential area of Costa Papagayo of Playa Blanca and is approximately a 25/30 minutes walk to the beautiful sea front promenade and on to the Papagayo Beach’s and the Marina Rubicon in one direction and the centre of Playa Blanca in the other direction.
The exclusive Marina Rubicon in Playa Blanca has a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts a shopping centre and an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities all this can be found within 20 minute’s walk of this property.
Reliable and affordable bus and taxi services are also available, making it convenient to explore various areas of interest.
Parking and Accessibility:
There is off street parking for one car. The property is all on one floor.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 2 people sharing. Guests over 2 are charged at a supplement. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free.
Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item. A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable or Accidental Damage Waiver must be taken. per week, per item.
