Charming and comfortable villa. Located a short distance from Playa Flamingo, this property has it all - quality AND location. The villa comprises a double bedroom with divan bed & en-suite bathroom. 2 further twin bedded rooms share a second bathroom. Annex to the villa there is a studio which consists of a double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom . The annex has its own entrance and cannot be rented separately.
THE ANNEX IS AVAILABLE FOR GROUPS OVER 7 PEOPLE. If your group is smaller and you want to rent the annex, please inquire as there is a supplement.
The large living area has ample seating with plenty entertainment including flat screen TV, with International channels, and Fire TV stick. Located off the lounge is the unique dining area. This circular room offers views of the fabulous garden and has seating for 8 people. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped for self catering and has all the usual facilities including microwave, electric kettle, toaster fridge and dishwasher. In the utility area there is a washing machine for client use. The french doors lead out to a private pool area with 6 sunbeds, wooden table and chairs and a large brick-built BBQ. There is a game room with pool table and darts and close to the game room a football table. There is a private parking.

Villa was everything it said it would be! Pool was amazing, rooms very spacious, Teresa kept in touch the whole way through and was very helpful. If you’re thinking of booking the villa, do it, you won’t regret it. Close by to playa Blanca beach front and lots of places to eat/takeaway. Will be returning at some point.

Perfect villa for a family holiday

The villa was lovely. Just what we wanted for our family holiday. Pool and outside were great, really beautiful with everything you could want. Comfy beds and good lounge chill out area. Kitchen well appointed with pretty much everything you wood need. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there.

Lovely villa in a great location with excellent outside space

We had a lovely stay at Teresa's villa in the October half term. The villa was a great size for our family group and we loved the outdoor space with various seating options, pool, roof terrace and the games room. Teresa was so helpful both before we arrived and during our stay. The villa is in a great location with Flamingo Beach around a 10-minute walk away and the main Playa Blanca strip a bit further on foot or a short drive / bus ride. There is a water park literally at the end of the road as well. The only thing we struggled with was the hot water supply, which I don't think we realised in advance was solar heated.

Family holiday in a lovely villa

Excellent stay from start to finish. The villa was spotless, comfortable and spacious. The outside seating area was a lovely spot for breakfast, evening meals and to relax with a glass of wine. The pool was great, we spent many hours teaching our granddaughter to swim. We loved the pool. The villa was in a great location, water park across the road and approximately 10 to 15 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Teresa was an excellent host, communication was great from the initial booking to checking out. Teresa pulled out all the stops to arrange an early check in. Overall, we had a superb stay in a stunning villa. Highly recommended.

Wonderful family holiday

We had a fabulous time in Teresas beautiful home. The pool was immaculate and well looked after the pool guy came 5 times in our 10 day stay to tend to the pool. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of towels. The games room was a huge plus for our teens. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Teresa ist nicht ehrlich - xtremer BaulĂ€rm ohne Ende - Wand-an-Wand und die Dame ignoriert den Gast komplett. ich hatte vor Antritt der Reise eine Woche verlĂ€ngert und Teresa 1200.-- bei Anreise bezahlt - Abreise war der 28.3.24. Die FeWo scheint mir wird nur als Plattform fĂŒr ersten GĂ€ste-Kontakt genutzt, alsdann erhalten alle GĂ€ste 10 % Rabatt fĂŒr den 2. Besuch sofern die FeWo ausgelassen wird (gerahmte Info an der Wand) der Grillbereich ist eine Schutthalde - ansonsten gepflegtes Haus-Innere - Wir werden weder FeWo noch Teresa jemals wieder buchen. freundliche GrĂŒsse

Ideal family villa

As with other reviews, we really enjoyed the 10 days we stayed at the villa. We got there late, but no issues getting in, and the welcome pack was a great help. Teresa popped round the day after, explained the pool filter operating times and showed the waterfall, but realised that there may have been an issue with the pump. Got that fixed without any issues in us using the pool. The family was me, partner, 2 teenagers, 2 kids - all enjoyed the space, pool, games room. Walk was 10 mins to bars and restaurants, and playa blanca water park is literally at the bottom of the road. All in all, a great place to stay for a family break.

Great family and small group villa.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. Teresa the host, was exceptionally helpful from the moment of booking right to the end of our stay. The property is perfect for a family or a group. The pool area, is amazing, with plenty of sunny and shady spots. Previous reviews have mentioned the pool is cold but we think its perfect for the hot weather, normal pool temperature. The location is within walking distance of Plenty of restaurants and bar's. We made great use of the pool and darts tables, great for family engagement and options of added things to do. The property was spotless and cleaned during our week. We would highly recommend it.

Lovely villa

The villa is very spacious and clean,the pool area is great with sunbeds and seating areas. The welcome pack is a nice touch with all the basics to get you started, tea,coffee,milk, bread,butter and water. The host, Teresa is very helpful and knowledgeable. The location is ideal, a 10 minute walk down to the beach, 2 supermarkets and a few restaurants and from there you can walk right along the seafront to the marina. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Couldn't Have Been Better

Villa was every bit as good as we had hoped it would be. Spotlessly clean, spacious comfortable. Kitchen was modern and fully equipped with plenty of accessories. Garden was private, not at all overlooked and very quiet. We've stayed at many villas in Lanzarote and this was one of the best.

The villa was excellent with lots of facilities including electronic dartboard pool table and table football. The pool area was lovely and there was great outdoor space for everyone. Short walk into town and watermark across the road. Teresa left us a lovely welcome pack and was on hand to answer any queries. Overall a first class holiday rental and great level of service

Pure bliss!

My family and I stayed in this property recently and it was pure bliss from start to finish. Teresa was a pleasure to deal with and even left us a welcome back which was so appreciated with 3 children. The property was spotless and had everything we needed. It's was easy walking distance to everything but was still lovely and quiet and private which worked brilliantly for my family as my oldest child has autism and need to retreat from time to time. Cannot recommend this property and Teresa enough

Relaxing oasis

I chose this villa because of the photos of the garden and it did not disappoint! . We have stayed in Playa Blanca many times so are familiar with the area, it’s just a short walk to the beach and bars/restaurants. The villa is very well equipped and has everything you need to enjoy a perfect holiday. Thank you for a lovely stay, we would definitely recommend

Une trĂšs belle region entre mer et montagnes volcaniques chaque ville de l'Ăźle a son charme.

Situation idéale proche commerces et mer. Accueil trÚs chaleureux de Teresa. Des petites attentions vous attendent à l'arrivée (panier garni etc... Une piscine chauffée avec cascade, un jardin et une déco interieur de bons goûts !! Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent moment, une salle de jeux dans laquelle nous avons passé de bons moments. Nul doute que nous reviendrons avec amis et famille afin de leur faire découvrir l'ßle du sud au nord et ses à-cÎtés !!

Es war einfach toll!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die GrĂ¶ĂŸe war fĂŒr uns 4 Erwachsene und ein Baby perfekt. Die Ausstattung war fĂŒr uns vollstĂ€ndig. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und es war alles sehr sauber. Sternenabzug gibt es lediglich fĂŒr die Beschreibung im Inserat, was den „beheizten“ Pool angeht. Es ist richtig, dass der Pool beheizt wird allerdings lediglich mit einer Solaranlage, was also nicht zwangslĂ€ufig bedeutet, dass der Pool auch warm ist. FĂŒr uns war er mit 21Grad zum Baden mit Baby zu kalt und das war sehr schade, da dies das wichtigste Kriterium bei der Suche nach einem geeigneten Objekt fĂŒr uns war. Bis zur nĂ€chsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein kleiner Konsum am Iberostar lĂ€uft man ca. 10-12 Minuten. Ein Spar (verhĂ€ltnismĂ€ĂŸig teuer) kommt dann nach nochmals 5 Minuten und alles weitere sind dann weitere 5 Minuten Fußmarsch (Hafen, GeschĂ€fte, Restaurants usw.) zu laufen. Lidl ist eine halbe Stunde Autofahrt entfernt. FĂŒr uns perfekt, da wir mit unserem Baby so viel spazieren waren. Ein wunderbarer Urlaub ist jetzt zu Ende. Wir werden die Zeit sehr vermissen.

Fantastic holiday!

We loved this villa. Well laid out and equipped with everything we needed. Beds were really comfortable. Wifi worked well and there is an Amazon Fire stick so you can watch Netflix or Amazon Prime Video if you have an account! Loved the garden with plenty of choice of places to sit or lounge in or out of the sun. Pool was a little cool but we covered it at night and it warmed during the week. Villa is in a good location, about a 10 minute stroll to Playa Flamingo. Teresa was a great host, very helpful and responsive . We were impressed by the welcome pack left for us with some essentials. Would definitely be happy to go back again. All in all a great holiday

The Perfect Villa

We shared the house with two friends and found that it was perfectly laid out to accommodate two couples. The beds were very comfortable and everything worked as it should. The interior of the house is well laid and nicely furnished but the real treat is the outside space. The pool is a good size and heated. There are plenty of places to either enjoy the sun or shelter from it. The garden is in the sun the whole day. We had bananas to pick directly off the tree (palm) and at other times of the year you could be picking figs or grapes. The barbecue is very good but the charcoal from the local Spar is rubbish unless you like barbecuing on dust. We found the Superdino near the bus station to be the best stocked supermarket although the parking is a bit of a challenge. They have a good supply of things to barbecue and stuff to drink while you are doing it. The villa is conveniently situated for restaurants and bars and small supermarkets for bread and milk. Flamingo beach is very sheltered and pleasant. The cleaners were very efficient and the place was very clean and well kept. All in all a brilliant package.
